Not so much a review of the product, but of the company. My unit's firmware was corrupted during an attempted fix by an SG Tech, making it unable to be recognized by a PC, whereupon SG charged me $30 to replace a unit they had fried. Will not do business with this company again, too many competitors that are better, especially those that do not require a yearly membership or entail laborious downloads.
