I tried to post this to the CS section, but it got clipped. _______________ THEY ABSOLUTELY BLOW! I upgrade my PC, and so didn't have the software since I had purchased it online. I contacted their Customer Service to request another copy, and provided them with my name, credit card info, and all other relevant data. I was subsequently informed that they did not have the capacity to check my info, and hence they were denying my request. HELLO MCFLY! Welcome to the freaking 21st century. Were you too lazy to access your database, or are you running your operation out of a garage somewhere? Jeez...great product, abyssmal CS. I went from telling all my friends how great it was, to posting pathetic review like this overnight.
