i have the 58.04 oil can and as with any new wedge is really chews the cover of the ball, altough i have found the nike one balls more durable than the proV. while good alround i found its major advantage over my old rac wedge was from 20-60 metres out i was able to stop the ball with little room yet when desired will flight in low nd skip forward before it bites, the rac's get the ball up too fast to play that shot. outside that it is very similar(nd both are very good) altough it does feel heavier which i like, but the weight is more evenly spread so as with the shorter shots the trajectory is slightly lower than the rac, but still a good height. the only thing to know is that the original finish to the oil can causes the ball to jump off the club a little for short chips altough as it rusts this is no longer the case. there is however one real weakness compared to the taylormade's nd that is the thicker top line makes it much more difficult to use the top of the face to really get the ball to land dead on the green, you have to use the spin which requires a much more precise contact. overall this club is forgiving on all shots but in particular on long shots, the better golfer will really notice that when struct cleanly round the green this club is amazin however this extra level the club has to offer does require a really good stike Customer Service bought off golfstoreeurope nd had it custom fit, if buyin online from within the eu this is the place to buy i have always had good reliable service Similar Products Used: taylormade rac 58.08, i had both the black nickel finish and the satin. loved both but prefer the vokey |

Vokey spin milled 58
I have played and loved chrome vokey's for about 5 years. I upgraded to the new oil can finish and cannot seem to get a consistent feel with it. It is the most inconsistent club I have ever owned. It will smoke off the club and then the next shot is a dud. I don't know if it is the finish or what but it has this vokey fan miffed. |

56 degree Titleist Vokey wedge
If you are looking for a good wedge at a resonable price, you cant beat it, oil can or anodized. This club changed my short game. Out of that sand and off the carpet it has great feel with awsome results. I get great spin and ball stoppage on tight green. Hint when it starts to rust polish the outside and back with some mothers mag and aluminum polish and it will shine like new. On the face take a wire brush. Its a great club that will help your short game. Ive nevr gotten this much back spin when hitting out of a bunker from any other club. Vokey Oil Can 50*, 56*
Love these wedges. They have been in my bag for a few years now after playing Clevelands prior. I really like the oil can finish and the feel. I think they have a little less feel and feedback as compared to the Titleist Milled wedges, but there is plenty in these and you always have complete control with these. High, low, grab or roll, these help make it easy. Very solid feel @ impact, which is important to me. These wedges and the old 983k have made me a Titleist player...they just get it. Vokey Oil Can 52, 56, 60
Best wedges on the market in my opinion. I played Cleveland for years then bought the 60 when my Cleveland snapped. Bought the 52 and 56 shortly there after. Unbelievable control and stopping ability. Only con may be that when they age a little bit the spin is tremendous. Plus they will chew up a cover. Other than that, put it in your bag. Dont buy this club. i am a wedge kind of player and this just hasnt worked for me at all. the feel is horrible like you are skulling it even when you know you have just hit it very well. i had the chrome moddel before this one and it played much better for me and most people i know. the oil can spin milled 56 is a different story. i love it and it feels almost perfect every time i hit it. if you are gonna get a new wedge like the 52 make sureits not the oil can 52. |
