600w black oxide rust finish
Put together the 52,56, and 60 degree heads with rifle steel spinner shafts. Visually, they are stunning-classic, clean and a beautiful finish. I would defintley recomend the black oxide rust finish-wears out slowly and only rusts a little-ends up as a sort of dull characol grey that I find strangely appealing. I defintley spin the ball more with these than my previous taylor made rac wedges, or any other wedges I have ever played. If you are willing to spend a little time learning how to put clubs together (really quite simple) these are well worth the aprox. $42 per club investment as you will get a top of the line forged wedge for less than half of the price of a cleveland, taylor made, etc. from the store. If you are looking at the major brands for new wedges, its worth the relativley small investment to try these, they are defintley on par with if not superior to the major brands as far as feel, performance and looks, not to mention its kind of cool having clubs that almost no one else has or has even heard of. Customer Service Ordered online from golfsmith, and everything came on time as ordered. Have had problems with getting the correct shafts before from golfsmith but was okay this time. |

Snake Eyes wedges are the best I've had. Great feel and look. I made the 52 and 60 degree wedges. Shafted them with the Rifle Spinner shaft. Best wedge at any price. Customer Service Always good Similar Products Used: Have no reason to try any other again. Did try Cleveland, Calloway |

I made a set of wedges using the 600W forged heads and True Temper Formula One Stepless shafts, in regular flex. Great combination. I have been using them for more than a year. When hit in the "sweet spot" the feeling is soft and effortless. I like the large "bounce" on the lob wedge (60) which allows me to use it in thick rough and deep bunkers. I would highly recommend them. The head and shaft combination costs about $45 which is half or less than any quality forged wedge. Well worth the money. Highly recommended. Customer Service Excellent. I have been dealing with Golfsmith for years and never had a problem. Similar Products Used: Snake eyes, Gleveland |
