Great wedges. I'm a bit partial toward cleveland wedges, but I wouldn't put them in my bag if I thought they weren't good. I played the 588 SW and LW for a while, and for some reason I seem to be hitting these farther. Maybe a few yards could be credited to the club, but I've gained about 10 - 15 yards, so some might be a better swing and more confidence. I love the feel and the look. For some reason I don't have as much confidence out of greenside bunkers as i did with the old clevelnad 588, but still it's not bad. CG10 52* low bounce
This wedge is a feel players dream. It's a great wedge that can help you score. To me the low bounce wasn't low enough. I shaved a cm or so off the sole which made it easier to pinch those hardpan lies. I am no expert, or pro, but wedges are where you and me make that extra quarter. Instead of paying a couple 100 bucks every 5 months on new wedges, learn to use your existing wedges at varying distances. I mean, instead of flopping a 60, use a 52. Just open the face/stance and you won't need a 60*. Learning to do this has allowed me to add an extra club. Customer Service N/A Similar Products Used: Cobra 52* TaylorMade RAC 60* |

Cleveland GG10 60* Low Bounce
This wedge is amazing! I had never owned a club lofted higher than 48*, but this club is so easy to use that I can easily hit various flop and pitch shots. I have used some of my father's Eye2 BeCu clubs and the CG10 feels just as soft and more solid. I had never been able to control backspin very much, but these deep grooves are very predictable. Do not buy the low bounce 60* to use as your primary sand club; the sole is not wide enough to blast the ball out from greenside bunkers. Lastly, the heavier swingweight(D6) compared to Vokey wedges(D5) makes it much easier to control distance. Do not buy these clubs if you are weak, as it does take some muscle to hit full shots. Overall these are great clubs and I am looking to get a 56* sand wedge. 56* & 60* - Std Bounce
The ads say they're as soft as butter. In fact, "creamy" comes to mind. Great feel. The clubs have a certain intangible quality that instills an amazing sense of confidence with my short game. I'm willing to try shots on the course that I previously wouldn't have dreamed of practicing at the range. I find myself going after a lot more pins, as opposed to the center of the green. The clubs are perfectly weighted - giving an almost intuitive feel of distance and spin. Most approaches hop and stop, or pull back slightly. I've been extremely happy with these clubs. Customer Service Bought them from a Cleveland Golf rep - service was great, but delivery was SLOW. Similar Products Used: There's nothing else that feels this good... |

Great Club. Has such a great, soft feel to it. I would recommed a 2 dot (normal bounce) which would be a little more versitile than the 3 dot. Demo one, it won't dissapoint. |

Just hit these at Cleveland's demo days. Unbelievable. Didn't think they could top their 588's, but these things are sick. So soft is crazy. Customer Service Guys from Cleveland seem cool. Very helpful. |

This is a very fine wedge. I have a 52 bent to 50 (standard bounce) and a 56 bent to 54 (standard bounce). They are extremely soft and feedback is unbelievable. These wedges do not spin as much as some Vokey wedges I've had, and that is a good thing. As I use a Pro V1, I use to have to hit behind most sticks and suck it up, and if it didn't suck, then I was left with a long putt. Go to the range, get the yardage you hit these and hit it towards the stick. One hop and stop, or it may come back a foot or so. With soft greens and a ball that spins like a gyro these are the ticket. Customer Service Very fine! Similar Products Used: Vokey, Merit Zero Bounce (also nice wedges) |

Cleveland CG10 52* (bent to 51*) with two dots
I was in need of a gap wedge to fit between my 46* PW and my 56* SW. I had read some reviews about the CG10 and decided to go for it. I can easily hit this wedge out of the rough or off the fairway and consistenly hit it the distance I expect. You may have a bunch of people tell you that when you hit it it feels like butter. I've never hit butter, but this is the best feeling wedge I've ever hit. When I get the money I think I'll look into getting a 56* model. Customer Service Haven't had to use yet. The CG10 is a masterpiece. I'm used to playing with a sand wedge and a lob wedge, but since I got the CG10 I can't stand the feel of my traditional steel lob wedge anymore. So I just open the face and improvise with CG10. Living near Chicago means dealing with hard packed sand at most of the public courses. This low bounce wedge is perfect for these conditions. 12 deg. bounce plays like half that. The feel is spectacular. It's like tossing the ball toward the hole. When Cleveland comes out with a 50 deg. version I'll buy it the next day. Better yet, when they introduce the entire set made from this CMM metal in July, the CG1's, I'll go into hock and buy that too.
