These wedges go down as the best of all time in my book, I have recently put my set (52,56,60) back in my bag. I grinded and buffed them down to their original finish, man they look sweat. I like the small flange on the 56, as it offers a great setup for any lie around the green. They are the softest wedges I have ever felt. Too bad that Nickel is no longer trendy, I miss the feel. If your lucky to find these wedges grab them, grind'em down and you will love them. They are extremely hard to find however.

Okay so this year, i've gotten a little more serious w/ my equipment, and I've thrown out the ping clones and done a litte shopping on eBay for some new clubs. after reading the reviews here, I figured anything would be better than my "ping sw" so i decided that a 60 BeNi would replace it. The day I got it, of course it snows, so I had to go to the indoor range to test it out. My other wedge was fine, I was pretty accurate with it, a good shot would roll for about 10 feet maybe. So I didn't expect too much out of this club. A lot of people were talking about crazy backspin that they could put on it, but I wouldn't call myself a wonderful golfer by any means, so it never really crossed my mind. At the first thing i noticed was the crazy high trajectory i got, which i kinda expected after going from 56 to 60, but the ball checked up like it was on velcro. I was pretty impressed. I went back to the range again today to try my luck, and my new swing I'm working on (if you're interested--get "Swing like a Pro"--it is my new bible. all their teaching are based on biomechanics, they don't try and compensate for problems, they basically tell you there's only one way to swing, and they show u how, it's on amazon. very good buy--email me if you have any comments) But back to the wedge. So let me remind you that the range has a concrete base with some indoor turf, but not much cushion at all. You get a lot of bounce with the wedges. This time around I couldn't believe it, I was getting the ball to back up a few feet. NEVER done that before w/ any club. I was with my brother in law, and he had to scoop his jaw off the floor so he could try it out too. He had the same problem. The darn ball would hit the ground, check up, and move back a couple feet! So now he's making me find him a good deal on ebay for his own bag. Which i don't mind helping out my bro-in-law, but i just lost an awesome advantage when we play eachother. --Just to give you some specs I'm about 5'11" 140lbs. agile college student who swings about and 85mph w/ a 5 iron and 100 mph driver

I am a big fan of Cleveland Wedges. A year ago I purchased the Cleveland 588 Raw Finish Gap Wedge and it has helped me out a great deal from 110 yards and in. I needed a good wedge for the sand and around the green for delicate chips. The BeNi out performs any other wedge when it come to these types of shots. It has exceptional feel and will help your short game no matter what your handicap is. If you need a high lofted wedge, this is a definate pickup.

they're really awesome wedges. they stick on the greens well, they hit well out of bunkers, and rough. they're the best wedges out there right now.

Very soft feeling. Has amazing spin. When you lay the club open, flop shots are easy to come by. Best lob wedge I have ever played with. I can't say anything about the performance of the gap and sandwedge though.
