Tommy Armour Golf P-117 Putters

Tommy Armour Golf P-117 Putters

DESCRIPTION

The P-117 begins with a unique platform sole and face. Mounted on it are stainless-steel pillars that help move weight rearward, away from the face, for a higher moment of inertia. Naturally, all this makes the P-117 look every bit as bloody high-tech as it performs. In addition, the point of the aiming aid allows golfers to focus on an impact point on the back of the ball that starts the ball along its intended path.

The P-117 putter is extremely easy to aim, but its large size might make it hard for some players to appreciate. Other slight negatives include a slightly clunky sound when struck, and a tendency to cause the ball to skid a bit before starting to roll. On the positive side, it sends the ball where you aim it, is especially good on fast greens, and can be purchased for a fraction of its original list price.

this is definitely the most balanced, forgiving, and easy aimed putter ever made, almost like cheating. The head is a little bit too big for me though, but if you like ping doc 17, you will love this.
