TaylorMade Rossa Monza Corsa Putters

TaylorMade Rossa Monza Corsa Putters

DESCRIPTION

12 uniquel shaped CNC milled grooves reduce skid and bounce and promote forward. Soft polymer filling in each groove dampens unwanted vibration at impact. Titallium insert material saves weight that is redistributed to the putters perimeter.

Tough putter to get a feel for. When hit on the sweet spot, little feel accompanied a trampoline-like result, blowing past the hole. I had little confidence in short (5' or less) shots.
Custom weighting is a nice feature (I love it on my other MWT Taylormade clubs).

Always a solid putter. I played a Hod 1004D for years. I rarely switch putters. Tried it in the shop, and this works! I have yet to three putt with this. It's lag and distance control is unmatched. I put left hand low, and a oversize grip works best. The Hog grip is the best, so it's on the TM. Prices are coming down on ebay, buy this now!

Been using the putter for several months now.. excellent roll, more forgiving on the occasional 'oops' putt (ie doesnt jump off the face). Had to cut it to 34" though (and swapped to 2X 2g weights).. not a miracle putter, but close :-)

Used a Ping blade putter and was really bad, many 3-putts and no confidence. Training on the putting green wouldn`t improve my game, and on the course i gave away many pars due to bad putting.
Demoes several models, but found the Monza Corsa most balanced (apart from the awesome look).
My putting initally was much better and gave me a confidence boost. It feels great at setup and to swing, and the roll is great (AGSI seems to be not only marketing). On the rounds i played so far, many putts fell i would never have thought they would with my ping putter. The 'must-hole' 1-yard putts are falling constantly. Have some 1-putts, many 2-putts and few to zero 3-putts now, which is great for me. I can`t agree with the guy below that the grip is bad, i personally love it. Tried the 35" which was way too long for me (5'9") as i like my arms rather straight when swinging. The 33" felt double as good. Distance control works great. Even a bad putter like me can score well with this one. Good value at half the price of a Scotty Cameron. Among the mallet putters, this one might be the best. Its in the Hot List 2006 as well, check out the review at golfdigest.com. Highly recommended for demoing.

I have owned several Scotty Camerons, along with other popular model putters, but this is the best. It easy to line up, rolls well, and just gives you a very confident feel. I tried several versions of the 2-ball, but never felt confortable with the look. From the first time i tried the puuter in the store I knew it was the right one for me.

Customer Service

I use Taylot Made customer service frequently. I own a R5 Driver and R7 XD irons and before I purchased them I talked to customer service and I have always found them to be helpful and informative.

i wasn't going to bother writing any more reviews but i could not let the superiority of this putter over others go unnoticed. the roll of this putter is without any doubt the best you'll be able to find anywhere. people have said that it is too hard to align (HAH!!!) but i could not agree less with these fooools! the fact that is has a great big straight metal thing down the middle of the perfectly symmetrical triangle head is sort of a small help with alignment, and there is a huge thick black line that runs down the middle of the putter. distance is very easy to judge and short putts fall so much more often now. i would recommend this to a player from a handicap of about...ZERO...to one about...28+...It must be good for all as sergio uses one and so do many high handicap players i know.

Best putter I have ever had. Makes all my other putters obsolete (I just sold my whole collection). It looks beutiful, is adjustable for weight, has a great feel and puts the best roll on the ball I have ever seen. I had to adjust to reading less break than I was used to because the AGSI does such a great job keeping the ball on line. Once I got used to this and got the weights right the putts started dropping and my putting stats have never been better. I have tried almost every putter ever made, and this one has made the most noticable change in my game.

Customer Service

Great, I lost a headcover and got a new one in a week (for FREE).

I don't change putters lightly, and have for the last 6+ years been using a Scotty Cameron. I happened to see this in Edwin Watts, and started playing around with it, and really liked how it felt. I ended up buying it (and it is cheaper than Cameron's stuff!), and after several weeks of using it, the Scotty is sitting in the closet. I did change the weights from a pair of 6's to a pair of 10's. Definitely easy to setup and align and there is no mistaking when you have stroked the ball in the middle of the face. Very distinctive feel between missing it even a little and hitting it true.

Customer Service

I have TM woods, and customer service has been excellent
