Alignment system has proven to be neither gimmicky nor distracting to my routine, as I've heard some proclaim; in fact has helped me be more consistent with hands and eyes positions relative to putter head. Key for me was to buy at shorter 33 inches and 1 degree flat lie. Allows use of larger arm muscles and the correct offset of the head from my body (my eyes are always a bit inside the putting path). I feel like I'm putting like a kid again for the first time in thirty years, and enjoy the chance to roll them. My golfing buddies have commented on how I'm rolling them like never before, if not making then burning the edges. I stand over the short putts with a confidence not felt for a long time. Just be ready for your golfing friends to wonder what that thing is that you have in your hands the first time out. FYI, my first siting of this was the use by Zach Johnson on the tour and the look of such a natural rhythmic motion he has, particularly on the short ones. Customer Service No support needed yet. The website allowed an easy fitting system that led me to the choice of the 1 degree flat. I purchased through the website also.
