Good putter, but their customer service is abominable.

Customer Service

Customer service is the WORST I jave ever experienced. Unreasonable and rude. It''s like they have a "chip on their shoulder". If you find one that is perfect, then it''s a good putter, but if you

The POZ replaces an earlier Positive Balance putter I had. I must admit that when I first started using this putter, I didn't have much confidence in it. Its style is what many people call back-asswards. I had used a mallet style before, and I think the cavity-blade design threw me off. But, once I started working with this putter, I fell in love with it. It's fairly heavy, which I like, and easy to line up with the target. It has great swing balance, and if you let the club do the work, you'll get close or in. Sure, I still miss some of those 3-footers, but I've never had the desire of retiring this baby because it has gotten me out of more jams than I can count.

I saw this putter new at a show several years ago, tried it and was impressed. i found one used at the start of this year. It has perfect balance and is the best putter I have used in 20 years. I improved my putting greatly this year with it. This POZ looks to be a similar concept putter. Love it!!!

I was decent at putting but not confident. I tried the positive putter at the golf show. Putted 10 out of 10 over a dime (in front of the hole) from 15 feet. Every time I start pulling putts, I relax the grip, lift my thumbs, and presto! The ball is going straight again. All you have to do is pick the line and speed. The putter will not twist.

I purchased the crescent moon shaped head with lots of weight. At first I couldn't get a handle on the distance control. Replaced the grip with an oversize grip and stuck with it. I finally realized that I had to let the perfect balance of the head do the work for me. Bam! the ball tracks to the target. You won't miss by much when you do miss. Has a big sweet spot that instantly tells you that you hit it right. Get this club before the manufacturer realizes how good it is and ups the price. I won a Titliest "Scotty Cameron" Platinum putter at a tournament and decided to try it out. I assumed it had to be even better than the Poz due to its reputation and price. Big mistake. 3 putting everthing. Went back to the Poz and won't abandon it again.
