Great putter. Alignment is a snap, balance is great, feel is good, a little hot off the face, but you get used to it. Great confidence builder.

First off, I bought this sight unseen. I had read a fair bit about the putter and have had very very good experiences with other Macgregor gear so what the hell.
I unwrapped it from the box and bubble plastic it came in and my goodness was it ugly!!!
I had some serious reservations. But still I took it out on a first date to the golf course.
When you look at it, it is shaped roughly like a old racing pedal on a bicycle. Hardly confidence inspiring.
Without a practice green even being open I pulled it out on the first hole from 8ft away to save a double bogey (one had gone missing into the woods already). BINGO!
the next hole 10 footer for birdie. Bingo! Already the putter was becoming the PEDAL OF METAL!!! as my golf partners started to take notice. After I was 1 over par by the 5th hole after a 6 month winter layoff. I decided to take the plastic off the bottom of the club. It is staying with me.

Hardly a classic design but a very sweet feeling putter deadly 10 feet and in. I am not sure about it from long range yet, but i can't really blame the hardware for that!!!

V-Foil putter is phenomenal! Handicap index has dropped from 11.5 to 8.7- alignment is easy, putter has crisp feel and is heavy enough to create steady pendulum like stroke. No wonder its won a numer of majors (VJ, Retief.)

I am a big fan of mallet putters. I've used the Odyssey 2 Ball for about 2 years with fairly decent results; and much better than a blade. Since purchasing the M6.4k, I've had a 100% success rate with putts under 5 foot - mind you, the conditions have been ideal. In my opinion, the M6.4k is easier to line up than the Odyssey, which, from my experience, is the key to a succesful put. It wasn't that long ago that I was shooting in the 100's. Great work Bobby.

I went to my local golf shop looking for a Scotty Cameron studio putter. I was disappointed that they did not have any, but I found a used M6.4K. I tried it on their practice green and had great success. The store has a great return policy on used clubs, so I bought it. The next morning I took it out to the practice green. I have never hit putts so straight. It gave me a new level of confidence on the green. It has a great pendulum motion when you swing it. The alignment was simple with the line in top. The feel was far better than my previous putter with a plastic insert. There is just someting about metal hitting the ball. I am still mastering the distance and speed, but it always goes straight. Now if only I was better at reading greens...

The Macgregor Bobby Grace 6.4k is an amazing putter. I first was looking around and it came between this and the Hogan putter. I chose this one because it is so soft to the touch, and you can hit it almost anywhere on the putter and it will go straight. The look is not that great, and it lookes really bulky in your bag, but I was putting around 40 putts a round, this putter lowerd my putts from 40, to around 32. Now for me that is a big change. I am sure this could help anyone struggleing with their puttin and need some confidence

I tried many different putters, trying to find something else to blame my struggling putting on. However, this putter has been a jem for me. The long sight line is a great alignment tool. If you are ok with non-traditional type putters, this is a great one.

Have had the center shafted model for about a month. Previously putted with the Odyssey two-ball mallet. It took me a while to get the feel for distance, but the ability to line the MOI up far out weighs any other factor. The line is a tremendous alignment aid and has helped get any concerns in that area out of my thoughts. Gradually dialing in the distace feel and putting some extremely good rolls on the ball. Never thought I would get away from the two-ball (liked the two-ball so much, I had purchased a second one for my second bag), but the MOI (imho) is easier to align. I believe this will be in the bag for a long time.
