Heavy Putter A3 Putters

Heavy Putter A3 Putters

DESCRIPTION

The standard Heavy Putter weighs in at a beefy 885 grams, That's 2 lbs. compared to most conventional putters which tip the scales around 490 grams or about 1lb. The extra mass creates a better putting stroke by disengaging golfers' small wrist muscles and engaging the larger muscles of the upper body, promoting a pendulum effect, consisting of a heavy upper-shaft insert and interchangeable tip weights, also cre. The heavier putter head combined with an unprecedented Weight Management Systemates a balance point 75 percent higher than conventional putters. Raising the balance point of the putter brings the center of mass of the putter closer to the center of mass of the golfer. This increases the stability of the putter throughout the stroke.

I read the theory and made sense to me, went to the store and the looks made me doubt, but I am glad I finally went for it.
It really helps to make a better putting stroke by getting your hands out of the way. You just have to make the backswing and pretty much let it go. I almost stopped pulling my puts which has translated in about 5 less strokes per round (Yes I was putting that bad). Pretty handy as a weapon too.

Model Reviewed: Boccieri Golf Heavy Putter A-3

I'm glad to be the first to post about this particular putter. As the the other models, these comments should not apply, as I have been extremely pleased with the A-3.

First, the technology is TRUE. Read their website for yourself regarding each particular tech issue, e.g., heavier head, weight managment system, high balance point, channel alignment, and surround sight. Each of these factors is EXACTLY what you should be considering when trying to take advantage of today's technology. The owner is a Georgia Tech guy.

The whole sizzle about this product is the very name: it is a HEAVY putter. There is an elegant simplicity that has exponential dividends on the golf course. Here's my testimony: I play on a competitive local amateur golf league with golfers of all skill levels. All last season, and for some time, I've been unable to find a putter I could trust. I just got jittery over the meaningful puttts inside 10 feet. Fact is, though I have won in my flight, the confidence was lacking.

After switching to the HP, I literally have not had a round over 30 putts!!! Listen to me, all season, could not get under 30 pp round. >

That's all. Putters are so personal, so I can't say much more than the website, but I highly recommend.
