Instead of being a back up set, they're in the bag and the Hogans are in the closet. There is an amazing amount of technology packed into these clubs that's hidden while at address. I was looking for a center-shafted putter when a friend dragged this out of his basement and let me try it. I needed to re-epoxy the head to the shaft and I put on a new oversized Winn grip. I thought it looked weird at address, but I got used to it in a hurry. It fits my square stroke very well. The ball rolls off the putter nicely. The putter especially helped my ability to get a putt on-line. My distance control is also a slight tad better with this. Overall, the putter is much better than the Aserta IVM that I used for a while; somewhat better than the Tommy Armour Futura-style putter (Model 5?) that I also used. Dynacraft is no more, so only used ones will be available. However, there is an outfit named Walk out of Germany that makes a putter that looks similar to the DT mallet.
