i have tried approx.4 different putters in the last 5 or 6 years and have never found anything that I really felt comfortable with.As soon as I held the r-8 I knew this was my club.I have knocked off easily 6 to 8 strokes off my game on every round that i've used this club.My confidence even on the long puts is such that i haven't 3 putted since I started using it.Good feel,Good Balance and a pleasure to use. This putter is an excellent game improver for all levels of players and one I would recommend to anyone.

Six foot! - That’s the distance almost any pro or experienced golfer will tell you is the money shot. Give any golfer almost any putter and within 10 minutes they will be leaving the 30 foot long-hauls within a couple of feet of the hole & that’s all you ever look to achieve at that distance, sometimes you get lucky and sink one but in the real world you know that you won’t do it time and again.

Firstly is looks very much like the a more expensive model, and for a good reason to, the design works, and in this case they seem to have improved it with a distinct red alignment bar with a white central marking line down the middle, making it easier to line up those 6 footers and get it in the hole and make that money shot time and again

This putter not only gives you a confident line which helps you envisage the roll of the ball upon striking but also has a comfortable feel. The head is a good weight without being too heavy and is very well balanced aided greatly by its design, even for those slightly off-centre shots, allowing you to swing it comfortably without the need to ‘force’ the ball as you might with lighter putters; nor is it too heavy as with some steel headed putters which can cause you to be too tentative for those delicate putts’

At the end of the day putters for most people are personal choices, and for me this has everything, good design, good looks, a good feel and an especially good price. I have tried countless other types, 2-balls, plain, broom-handles, well the lot really and non have given me the edge on the green like this has.
