Saw a sweet deal on ebay for a good used set 4-PW in graphite so I snatched these up. I gamed the Di 7 set back in 09 and really liked them so I was hoping these compared nicely. Not only did these live up to expectations...they surpassed them. These had very little play from the previous owner and were well cared for. They are actually better than the Di7 set as they have better aesthetics and seem a tad bit lighter. I own 4 sets of irons and I keep reaching for the deep reds when I go out for a round. They just play so dang straight. Nice easy swing and the ball just explodes off of the face of these irons. I'm hitting the PW 135. It also came with a LW...haven't hit it yet, it doesn't have the cavity insert. Idk if it fell out or the LW wasn't designed with one. Does anyone know?? Thanks. At any rate....sweet old school set I was lucky to stumble across on the bay. Love the fat shafts. Customer Service Ebay Similar Products Used: Wilson DI 7, Tour Edge, Adams, Mizuno, Ping |

I probably have 20+ sets of clubs, but I played with these(regular graphite) and Wilson FG51. The II's are seriously long and straight but you must use the same balls and take a little time to find its true potentials! On a good day with optimal swings, my 8 went 190 normal is 160 and P is 150 and 130. I don't think I need to buy my game anymore. BTW, I am looking for a full set of Senior graphite... let me know of any!!! LOL Customer Service No complain! Similar Products Used: To many to mention !@#%^&*$$$$$ |

Wow! Bought these brand new off Ebay for $100 bucks. 3-PW, with the SW thrown in. Steel Fat Shafts, regular flex. Still in original Wilson box. These clubs are great. They hit straight, and very long. My game is on a steady improve with these. I can't believe the distance I am getting. And I'm hitting more consistantly than ever before. I wouldn't trade these for $1500 Taylormades. Or any other club for that matter..... Customer Service Never used. Similar Products Used: DC1 Evo, Adams AOS2. |

I had been looking for a set for a long time considering it was my first set and I was buying strictly off ebay to save some cash. Found out about these irons and was able to get this set 3-pw with a "free" sw included? ha for $169. great set did not take long to get used to. clubs are forgiving and feel great on a clean connection. people on this site have mentioned how there is no feel. i tend to disagree i can feel shots hitting very low on the face or left or right on the face. like butter. i'm not a big hitter might switch out the fatshaft to pick up my swing speed and maybe add workability. trying to get used to striking the ball better with these irons even though in my first season and first irons i have nothing in respect to these irons. i shoot well into the 80's with i wouldve started golfing in highschool or at a younger age and especially with these irons they give me alot of confidence. only wish for this set is for the 3 and 4 to be a hybrid for easier connection like the cleveland cg gold hybrids or the adams idea. overall good clubs hope to have them for a while. Customer Service no need Similar Products Used: first set. no other products. My comparison through studying and reading up reviews. cleveland cg red/gold in terms to the dampening inside the club cavity. |

I have an 18 handicap, but that is mostly due to my three putts. I got these irons from my dad after he traded his Ping Eye 2's to me for Wilson Deep Red II Distance set. It wasn't long before he wanted the Pings back.
Customer Service I asked Wilson customer service to information regarding the loft, lie, and bounce for the iron set. I was replied to three days later with the following:

Have been playing poorly, (upper 90's) so thought a different set of irons could not hurt. Picked up a set of these on E-bay and shot 81 first time out. Hit the ball higher and straight. Can't wait to play again. Customer Service not used |

These clubs do everything Wilson said they would. Extremely long, straight and very stable. Large forgiving face too. I also love the heavier feel of the club. Really lets you use the club to do the work. Massive power.
Customer Service Don't know, never used it. Similar Products Used: I'm only giving 4 stores for the Overall Rating because of the feel issue. But that's only significant if you are making that next step up from long and straight to shot shaping. |
