This club is decent in my book and let me just tell you that I can outplay any of you. I'm the best so listen up. These are good clubs but the Ping Eye 2 is better. I know this comes as a surprise but that's the deal so deal with it. |

Wishon 550 Combo iron set
I play Wishon 550's 2-6CB; 7-PW MB with DGS300. I play to a +2 Hndcp and have played competively for sometime. These irons are fantastic! Best described as workable irons that inpire confidence at address and easy to flight the ball. Thanks Wishon for such a great product.
Customer Service Have not needed them. I use my fitter for questions and help with concerns. Similar Products Used: KZG ZO blades; Srixon Pro-100's; Mizuno MP-33's |

Tom Wishon 555m irons
i have always used blades/muscle back irons and must say that these are the best i have ever had! i play off +2 and iron play is by far the best part of my game, particularly shorter irons. what i like about these irons is that you can shape the ball and control the flight excellently all the way through the set. with my old mizuno and taylormade efforts, the feel was there in the longer irons but not in the shorter ones, with the wishons, true quality is present from pw to 3 iron.....truely excellent irons!on another note, they are also forgiving!looking down, the 3 iron is slightly daunting, however it flies well even on slight miss hits!these irons should be in any golfers bag that plays off 10 or less! |

I have played Titleist, Hogan, Top Flite blades and even some cavity backs in my day, but these are amazing. The loft on the irons is old school with the 7i being 36 degrees rather than the 34 or 33 which has become the industry norm, so don't be fooled by losing distance in direct comparison. The Wishon 7 is really a 7.5iron I can move the ball right, left, high, low and the easier I swing the longer the ball flies. These are blades, so if you're swinging like Ernie Els, nice and slow, and hit the ball fairly square on the club face, watch out. I can only describe these as inspiring. Look at the flag, swing the club, and get ready for a birdie putt. |

The blades are 7-PW in my set with Rifle 5.5s. Very accurate (pin seekers!) and forgiving. I also have the 7&8 irons in cavity back but can't tell any difference between the two. These irons are as good as Titleist and Mizuno blades for half the cost of most OEMs. Designed by one of the top golf club designers in the country and you can get them totally customized with shaft, lie and loft. These beauties are a pleasure to hit. They are forgiving on slight miss hits and just pure butter when hit on the sweet spot! Trajectory is mid and they're long. As good as Mizunos and a lot less money. Customer Service Shane, at The Golf Shed, is great to work with and he is a man of his word. Don't hesitate to buy from him. Wishon 550 mussle back
I have been debating on purchasing a new set of irons for the past few years, I didn't want to fork out $900.00 for a brand name set that comes in 3 thru PW. I almost purchased a set of Titleist 690M when I came across these Wishon 550 forged mussle back irons in 5 thru SW and 550 forged cavity back irons in 2 thru 4. These clubs feel every bit as good as the Titleist 690M when hit good and I was very surpised at how forgiving these clubs are on a mis-hit. I have been playing a set of Hogan radials and felt that a blade would be ideal for getting me into the 70's (I think I'm on my way to accomplishing that). I would highly recommend these clubs to those golfers that do not want to pay for the mark up of a name brand set. The only advise I offer is to have a reputable Club fitter custom make the set to yuur specifications. The only complaint I have with irons is that the mussle backs are not offered in 2 thru 4 irons. Customer Service Custom fitted from The Golf Shed. The quality of the components are second to none and the quality of the craftsmanship is the icing on the cake.
