I started playing Golf 2 years ago. When I started shooting in the 80s, my friend who builds clubs told me that it's time to get some irons that I can work the ball with. He suggested TC-01s with Rifle shafts. Well, I think that was the best decision I've ever made regarding Golf. I love the irons with Rifle 5.0 shafts. Can Fade or Draw or hit knockdown shots with ease. The feel of the clubs is comparable to Forged. And for $200 you can't beat these clubs. They are forgiving and distances have been exceptional. I might be getting another set just as a backup.

Built this last summer and wasy very happy with the results, the burgundy and gold colored Paragon low-torque graphite shafts make for a stellar combination both looks-wise and performance wise. My only problem is that I''m got a set of Titleist too and I don''t need but one set. $175 gets the Sanake Eyes. Email me at briand.mcfarland@mail.state.ky.us if you''re interested.

I''d been playing Cobra Oversize irons, but the model I had featured too much offset, were too flat in lie angle, and looked like they had a slightly closed face through the set. I got to the point where I couldn''t line the suckers up at address. I found Golfsmith, and quickly liked the look of the TC-01s. I made them up with Dynamic Gold R-300 shafts, 1/4" oversize (38.25" 5-iron), bent about 2 degrees upright. The shallowish cavity makes them look pretty blade-like, and gets you thinking that you''re not going to get much forgiveness out of them, but they''re actually pretty forgiving clubs. They''re designed for the ''avid'' player, and aren''t really game-improvement clubs, but they''re more forgiving than any blades I''ve played. Hits on-center offer really sweet feel, and after time, you get to know your misses by feel, before even seeing the ball flight. Extremely accurate clubs, minimal offset for ease of alignment at address, a thin topline for a blade-like look, and a really high-quality look and finish to them. As long as any other Dynamic Gold-shafted clubs I''ve hit. Good feel in short irons for chipping and pitching -- the PW is a solid, great-feeling stand-alone wedge in its own right.

Great clubs for the aspiring golfer. Find your swing, then get a set of these custom fit for your game. Not really beginers clubs. They really have a strong, muscle look about them and when you hit them flush. SWEET! Even off center hits don''t ring you like a blade will. I custom built these myself with Dynamic Gold shafts and Lamkin crossline grips. All that gold and silver sure looks nice. Don’t spend more than $400 for a set though; they are inexpensive but awesome components.

Customer Service

Golfsmith is a great retailer and component company. Probably the best component company in the world. Great $$$!

These clubs are top of the line material at a very affordable price. These are great clubs for those looking for workability. They have low offset so they could be challenging to a non experienced player. Overall these clubs were worth the money and look great at adress. They are the right clubs to have in your bag.

These clubs are solid. They are also, very sharp looking clubs. I purchased the 3-PW from Clubwerks.com for ~$285. I have had these for a little over a month. Can''t say enough good things about the clubs or John @ Clubwerks. Just recently ordered the SW and LW that match the set. If you are a good ball striker, these are perfect sticks. Adequate forgiveness on off-center hits.
