None I guess I was one of the unfortunate people who paid full price for my Snake Eyes MB-1 clubs forged by S&W just before they were purchased by Golfsmith. At the time I could have purchased any proline club for that amount of money. My son told me about Snake Eyes while attending the University of North Florida. He told me about this cool little company in Jacksonvill Beach that were makeing great golf clubs. I went to Edwin Watts to check them out and bought them at once. I grew up playing with blades and these were the best looking blades I had ever seen. I was worried about hiting them but that soon passed after a couple of rounds. I don''t think cavity-back clubs did anything for me. I take a good divit and the feel is awsome. Also, people see the clubs and come over to chat. They have a great reputation with good golfers. I was recently at Edwin Watts looking at the lates Titlest blades, when the sales person found out I had the S&W blades he immediatly stated that the Titlest were no were near the quality of the origional Snake Eyes clubs. I realize I paid a premium price for these clubs but would do it again in a heart-beat. It''s great that people are picking them up at a reasonable price, consider yourselves lucky. Here in Clearwater Florida there is a company that does cold temperature treatment of golf clubs (Cold-Fire). This company also tries to find Snake Eyes clubs which they send to Austrailia. Evidently Snake Eyes is the prefered club down under, they can''t get enough sets. No way are they getting mine! By the way I bought a set of the TC-1''s for my son and he crushes the ball with them! Customer Service Great service at Edwin Watts and most recently Golfsmith. Similar Products Used: Ping I-2''s, Great Whites and Titlest DCI''s |

None I decided that in order to improve my ball striking I needed some irons that were less forgiving. Of course this would give me a true accounting of my striking skill. I was playing with Wilson 1200''''s, my first set, which are oversized, cavity back, extremely offset irons. After looking at several sets of irons for over $500, I stumbled on a review of Snake Eyes TC-01. After researching them for a while, I decided to give them a try. I had them assembled with TT Lite XL stiff shafts and the Winn/Snake Eyes grips. SHARP! When I first took them to the driving range, I was sure I''''d have trouble making solid shots with near-blades. That wasn''''t the case at all. These clubs were sweet feeling. After a few swings, I was hitting the ball as well as I had been with my previous set with the exception of the 3 iron. However, with a little practice I was hitting the new 3 iron better than my old. I''''m now hitting the ball further and more accurate than ever due to these clubs. The TC-01''''s give me good feedback on every hit good or bad. I would recommend these irons to those who are thoroughly addicted to the game regardless of handicap. My only complaint is that they feel a little on the light side. I should have asked for them to be assembled with a D-2 swingweight. (But I''''m takig care of that.) Customer Service OUTSTANDING! None This is the review of the Snake Eyes Smith and Wesson MB-1 blades. Let me tell you, these are amazing clubs. I bought them on Ebay for $300 bucks practically brand new. When hit on the sweet spot, nothing can compare. You can move the ball left and right with ease and distance is very good. I made a set of the new golfsmith Pro forged blades and sold them to my friend because they aren''t even in the same league as these. Believe me, I have no idea why golfsmith hasn''t continued this line, they are by far the best irons I have ever hit and worth every penny that I payed for them. If you could find this set anywhere, I highly recommend buying them. The only downside is the snake eyes grips that come with the clubs which are somewhat slick. Other than that, these are absolute beauties! Similar Products Used: Mizuno blades, Golfsmith blades, Taylor Made LCG |

Ok, First this is a review of the Snake Eyes MB-1 which are no longer produced. These clubs were forged by S&W, the gun maker, and are triditional in design and style. Customer Service Snake Eyes as it was when these clubs were made is out of business now, however, GolfSmith has bought the line. I have had nothing but GREAT customer service from GS. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to find a dependable retailer for their golfing needs. Similar Products Used: MP-14, Apex, KZG, GS Tour Cavity Pro's |

I got a steal of a deal on ebay for these custom built irons! I have improved from a high 90's low 100's golfer to the 85 - 89 range thanks to these clubs! The sweet spot feels oh so sweet - the best clubs I have ever played. Similar Products Used: Wilson Fat Shaft (too bulky) and Spalding Executive EZ (first clubs) |

Put together the 4-9,PW,SW & LW using Rifle Lite 5.5 steel shafts. Swing speed on 5-iron measures 79-83mph. Play very well. Consistent ball striking is rewarded with consistant ball flight and distance. Confidence building set of clubs to help improve your game. Great for those who don't like playing with the fat, toy-like cast irons available today. Customer Service Golfsmith has a great customer service department - easily accessable via net, snail mail or 1 800 phone. Similar Products Used: Hogan PC (1980), Ping Red Eye, Golfsmith XPC-Plus. |

I purchased the Snake Eyes after reading that they played very similarly to the Golfsmith Tour Cavity Forged at about half the price ($12.50 per head). I bought the components and built the clubs myself (hence the lower price). I used Rifle 6.0 shafts and Lamkin Crossline mid-sized grips. I built a complete set from 2-SW. It is also of note that I am 6'6" tall and all clubs are 2" over standard length. Customer Service Went to the Golfsmith store in Columbus, OH. They even carried the stuff to my car! I have only had the opportunity to use them a couple of times, but I can tell I am going to enjoy them for a long time. They look like a blade @ address. I prefer that because my last set had some crazy offset stuff going on . The clubs let you aim the face where you want to aim the face, and then you can shape your shots from there. I have some stiff Rifle shafts on them which I would recomend if your swing speed permits. The feedback is great, and I would say forgiveness is average. Trajectory and distance are awesome. The heads are a little on the light side, especially so switching from my Ping Eye2's. I would say that these clubs are great for the avid player who always wanted to play a blade but never had the "balls" to do it. Customer Service great service Similar Products Used: Ping Eye2, Harvey Penick Pros. |

The Snake Eyes TC-01 irons are the clubs that i play. These clubs are very solid, but require good ball striking and consistency to play. They are great for working the ball, and keeping the ball in play. Thin shots don't hurt, but do have a tendency to ring. I recommend stiff shafts in these irons for much easier control. Overall, these clubs are perfect for any experienced amatuer who is looking for a more solid, more workable, consistent clubhead that provides tremendous feel at a very low price.
