I have been playing with them 18 months. I feel like I can go for the pin on every shot. It's easy to hit the sweetspot and mis-hits still seem to get close. They add 20 yards to my long irons and 10 yards to my short iron. Plus the wedges are just awesome!!!

Not at all sure about these irons. They came highly recommended, but, although I hit the ball straight, distances are about 20 yds down on my Firesoles. The feel is a bit dead, and they look, well, cheap.

Love them. Just started playing again and for $529, no tax or shipping they are amazing. The hit everything straight, even miss hits. Had Spalding OK clubsfor beginner, but these are just the world. Could not talk better about them.

Customer Service

Very helpful. I had the clubs drop shipped to my work, so I called about a tracking number, they got it for me no problem. Got the custom clubs in three days.

I purchased 3-SW about a year ago. I can put the ball on the green more often than I could with my old Spalding Irons. However, the off-center hits give the club a hollow feeling but the ball usually goes in the right direction. I think the hollow feeling comes from the lack of perimeter weighting like the ISI or the Eye2 Irons. This is probably due to oversizing the club head. I'm not real satisfied.

I am very pleased with these clubs. I opted for the steel JZ shafts. The shock dampening system seems to work very well, without killing feel. I had graphite shafted Cobra's before these, and I was breaking shafts left and right.

These clubs are very nice, and extrememly forgiving of the crappy swing of a hack like me. :) The problem I have been having, however, is with the graphite shafts. I have cracked or split four of my clubs in the last year near the head. I have been told that there was some sort of manufacturing defect with the 1998 ISI-K, and that I should just return my entire set. I'm going to wait until the end of the season, but I really expect a set of clubs that costs this much not to have this many problems.

Customer Service

Turnaround time has been 3, 3, 5, and 14 days on each club I have returned to the manufacturer for repair.

Came back to golf after several years off. Decided to try Pings based on friends' comments and web reviews. These Irons are awesome. I have about 15 yards more on my 5 iron, and they are straight and true. I am hitting more good shots than ever, and my scores just keep coming down as I get used to them. I chose graphite shafts in regular flex. Could perhaps have used stiff graphite. It was a borderline call. Off center hits (still make several) are rewarded with generally straight flight, but distance is sacrificed. No more stinging hands, as with my old faithful Wilson Staff Tours... I recommend these highly.

Customer Service

Visited Karsten in Phoenix. The staff was super to me. They understood my issues, and made every effort to make sure I was satisfied. They even let me take clubs (4 of them) to a range some distance away to hit some before final fitting. Great job guys and gals at Karsten.

Just received the 5,7,8,9,pw & sw 3 weeks ago. and have never been more pleased with irons. Clubs are very forgiving. Added abiut 10 yards to each club. Probably the eaisest to hit Iron I have ever played. Using the JZ-cushin reg.flex shaft and love it.

Ugly, Heads are too long and too much toe weighted. Way too expensize and the set I had was not ""balanced"".....swing weights were off throught the set. If you MUST have a set of Pings to impress your buds...go buy an old set of Eye 2s.
