DESCRIPTION

Nike Slingshot Individual Iron with Graphite Shaft The Nike Slingshot Individual Iron with Graphite Shaft delivers forgiveness. Forgiveness begins in irone with weight management. Moving weight deeper and lower results in a larger sweet spot and a deeper center of gravity that actually exists in air behind the face. The benefit is a mixed set of hybrids and irons that are more forgiving and launch the ball higher. There are 30 grams of Nike PowerBow weighted low and back with a deeper sole that

IF YOU HAVEN'T HIT THEM DONT REVIEW THEM IDIOT. They have been really good clubs for me for about 5 years. I started shooting mid to low 90's and now I am a 10 handicap. I owe a lot to the clubs. They are a little bulky & make a crazy noise when you swing, but its a really easy club to hit. They stop on a dime on the green but you can't spin them at all. I cant really work the ball now that I know how. I have out-grown them now but I will always keep them in my garage. If you are looking for a club that will really improve your game this is the one for you.

I own these clubs at the moment. I am 16 years old and i am a 6 handicap. These clubs were good when i was a 10-15+ handicap but as i got better and needed to work the ball more i was dissapointed. The clubs are great for the average golfer and I highly reccomend them for 15+ handicappers. But if you are lower then a 10 and want a better feel and workability for your clubs then the slingshots are most likely not for you.

Pros:
Great for 15+ handicappers
Easy to use
Good weight distribution
Cavity backs give strong reliability

Cons:
Hard to work the club consistintly (fade, draw, etc)
Ok-bad for below 10 handicappers
Odd design (Some love it, Some hate it)

I have never hit these shovels in my life, but put in a review purely to lower the overall rating. These are crap and shouldn't have such a high rating.

I've had these clubs for about three years now and let me tell you. When I was actually playing all the time (2-3 times per week) and practicing on the side my golf game improved dramatically because of these clubs. They really teach you to hit the ball square. And for those who have a hard time getting the ball in the air, these will definitely help.

My only complaint is that if you golf game continues to improve with these clubs you will outgrow them. And by that I mean I feel once you reach a certain level they do actually start to take a bit of distance off of your shots because the ball goes so high. Also, if you are one of the ones that likes to spin the ball on the green you may have a difficult time doing that with these clubs.

Other than that I can't say anything but good things!

I am a 8 handicap, and would highly recommend these clubs to anyone who is serious about golf. I normally don't write reviews, but after reading the crap people wrote about these clubs I felt compelled. I have played 12 rounds of golf with them, and have not noticed any flaws as of yet. I did not loose any yardage, but did notice the 8, 9, P.W. and Gap provide significant more loft then my Big Bertha's. The people who wrote negative comments should seek lessons!!

I don't own these but they are garbage. My cousin has them and they make this horrible wizzing sound. I can't stand these. The feel coming off of them is horrible. Cannot believe these. They suck.

I am a golfer and i have been blind for 12 years. I switched to the slingshot clubs after using my 20 year old clubs. After the first 18-holes, I hit just under 85 and regained my sight. These clubs are a miracle. word.

I used to play with some old Dunlop PowerMax irons. I would consistently hit over 100 with some pretty duff shots inbetween. When I bought the slingshot irons my game didn't magically improve but gave me the confidence to improve my techniques. They are easy to hit right and very forgiving, hitting that 4 iron clean and straight is one the best feelings in golf! The 'ping' it makes is reminiscent of a big bertha driver, sounds great!

I now have a 17 handicap on my local, and go into other courses expecting low low 20s. Thanks slingshot!
