I was very skeptical at first about this training aid, but it has helped me in may ways. First of all, molded grip automatically puts my grip in correct position.

I was not aware how bad my grip truely was until I started using this device. The weighted shaft automatically places club on correct plane on upswing. I swing it every night in my front yard, and it has helped me develop the proper muscle memory in my swing. It has also increased my flexibility, but did not increase my distance. I hit more consistant shots, but did not gain any yardage like they illustrate in their informercial. I have never tried any other training aid, so I cant compare it to anything, but it was definitely worth buying.
