My MP-30's were getting a little long in the tooth, so I spent several days last year at Fiddler's Green trialling iron sets of most major manufacturers. I found no irons last year that I clearly struck better than the MP-30's. I am glad I waited.
Customer Service Received iron set one week after ordering. Head and grips wrapped in cellaphane and protected by individual foam inserts. Similar Products Used: Mizuno MP-30 |

I have played Hogan Edge Forged Irons since 1991. I wanted something a little more forgiving with more modern technology but without sacrificing feel. I went to Edwin Watts and was recommended the MX-200s. I demo'd a 6 iron and loved it. I have since bought a 4-GW, steel stiff (S300), +1/2 inch. These clubs are forgiving. Toe hits almost travel just as far as sweet spot hits. The ball explodes off the club and feels like butter. I would recommend these clubs to any low-mid handicapper looking for feel and workability with great forgiveness. I also looked at Ping G10s & Callaway x-22. They are also great clubs but the feel of Mizuno forged steel is unmatched! Customer Service Ordered clubs on Tuesday & were delivered to my house on Friday. Similar Products Used: Hogan Edge |

I'm a high 70/low 80 who can't putt. I just bought the Mx 200 after hitting Taylormade tour preferred (very nice when hit sweet) and the Titlist AP2. I just could not miss hit the Mx-200's. I was amazed at how sweet every shot felt and flew. I currently have MP32's and Mx20's. The new MX 200's are a marked improvement. I really like the beveled leading edge (I'm a divot taker) that keeps club from digging to deep. The extra weight on the toe seems to minimize the "hit it on the toe, lost 10 yards" shot of the MP32's. I am very impressed so far, best club I have ever hit. I traded my 4-GW Mizuno MX-25s for the new MX-200 steel shafted irons. I've always appreciated the feel of Mizuno forged irons. The new irons have a stronger degree of loft than the MX-25's that has increased the range per club by approximately 5 - 7 yards. The best thing I've noticed is the new MX-200s are easier to hit. My fairway shots are more accurate and I have significantly fewer mis-hits. If you used and liked the Mizuno MX-23 and MX-25 irons, I feel you'll be pleasantly surprised at the improvement Mizuno has engineered into the new MX-200 series.
