I was having trouble letting go of my Hogan Apex blades but am extremely happy I chose the Mizuno MP 32's. I tried the MP 68's but didn't seem to like them as much. I have the project X 6.0 shafts which may have something to do with the accuracy and feel but could not be happier. The ball flight seems perfect for both long and short irons. Highly recommended.

to be able to hit these specific clubs you must be a clean and consistent ball striker. For instance if you toe or heel the mp32s the ball will not fly the way you would like. However if you stike them out the middle it is very easy to shape shots e.g fade cut draw high low. I have a high kick light shafts - which maximizes my true potential with them. This is because i have a slow swing and tend to hit it low hence i am only 12!

I used MP32 for 2 seasons, then I UPGRADED to TM TP forged, then a few others ended up with Titleist AP2 for the last 8 months. While most are great clubs (APS is best), NONE have the solid feel of the old MP32, I tested the MP58 and was very disappointed.
I got a new set of MP32 again and will keep these for ever! Sorry I changed, I spent 1000s and many experimental rounds. No more or me, I now know what is best for a 9 handicaper in his late 40s.
IMHO the MP32 belongs next to the Ping Eye 2 and Cleveland TA7 as some of the best ever.

I am a 7-8 handi and I have been playing with Mizunos for about 12 years, Pros then 14's then 33's. I thought I would never give up my 33's but I got the urge to get these 32's after hitting my friends club. I found them on E-bay since my pro could not order these from Mizuno they are only available now to their staff. They were brand new still in the wrappers with the 5.5 Rifle 1/4 in long just what I had before. I took them to Golftec and got fitted they ended up 1 upright. After 3 weeks I can say these are sensational irons! I have holed out with the wedge and have hit 6 more inside the leather. When I miss one it still seems to be near the green or on a ways away. When you pure these well if you hit the right club it is tight. By the way they look great, they are Mizunos. Very pleased.

Gotti40 is apparently a Famous Davis "wannabe". Must be a man crush.
The MP32's are great clubs.

The only thing I like about these clubs is how the name mirrors my physique, cut muscle. I agree with the previous reviewer that these clubs produce a more boring, lower flight. As a matter of fact, these clubs are boring. Not nearly good enough for me to put in my bag. The MP-32's or even MX-3000's are clearly better clubs. Plus the distance isn't there. I was hitting my four iron 225, five yards less than normal. I can't rate these clubs as high as other reviewers. I can still destroy anyone with these clubs but why would I bother. I'll continue to play my AP2's with a big smile on my face. Mizuno was off with this set, but that's ok you have many better choices with that company.

If you're like me, you come to this site and read about clubs before pulling the trigger on another set. Well, if you are pondering whether to buy a set of MP-32s, I highly suggest that you do. I started playing with MP-14s, then I moved on to MP-33s and fell in love. While looking for another set of 33s, I came across an almost new set of 32s and after reading some reviews bought them. Honestly, I found that my 32s gave me more of a boring, mid-trajectory than my 33s. I enjoy everything about these irons and highly recommend them. MIZUNO4LIFE

Many would say playing 32s as someone who shoots in the 90s is monumentally stupid. However, I learnt to play on musclebacks as a teen and then switched to cavity backs (Ping eye2 black dots) for 10 years when I hardly played.
Strangely, I found my game always improved if I played baldes or musclebacks as opposed to cavitys.
So, when I got a chance to get a set of MP-32s used I went for it recently.
Can't be happier. I HAVE to spend a ALOT of time at the range, but the improvements in my swing are such that I will be dropping 10 strokes or more over the course of the next 3 months, and incermentally lowering from there.
Beleive the hype about these clubs they are BRUTAL when it off centre and laser precise when hit sweet, with fantastic soft feeling.
Cons for higher handicappers are that you will lose distance on the 5-7 irons, but 3-4 seem fine for me (5ft 7in height and hitting 190-200yds with the 3,4).
Big pros are that if you can groove a swing that works with these, rest assured you are on your way to playing great golf.

Picked up a used set of these at a local shop in fine shape for $220. I needed to upgrade my shaft flex due to some swing improvements from the Precision Rifle 5.5's in my old set of forged Bridgestone J33's. Thought I'd go with these Mizzy's in a Rifle 6.0. My slower tempoed, controlled driver SS is no more than 98-101 mph (preferring a Stiff YS-6+ shaft in a driver) and the 6.0 shafts are fine. What a truly fine set of instruments that are a pleasure to swing. Cuts, draws, knockdowns and 3/4 swings are so much easier to execute. And the heads are plenty forgiving for a 12 handi or better or reasonable ballstriker. The irons themselves would likely demand a better swing from teen handicap to make him a better player anyway. Do yourself a favor and buy them or similar forged Mizzy set. I should have. Don't waste your money on those new forgiving Diablos, Burners, Cobras, whatever. Enough said.
