Excellent clubs. Great feel, more forgiving than any other forged clubs I've tried. Able to work the ball, hit knock downs, etc. much better than with any of the irons I have used before. Great touch around the greens. Great looking, too. Especially pleased with the long irons, which produce a better ball flight than I was expecting. Not cheap, but less than Titleist 990s or Ping I3s are going for (how can they charge that much for cast clubs???)

These irons are excellent. Nice, penetrating ballflight with plenty of stopping power with the short irons. A great combination of forged feel and oversized forgiveness. Highly recommended for 8-15 handicappers, or those REAL low-handicappers who prefer a bit more forgiveness.

Customer Service

Beware that these clubs come about two degrees more upright than your average set of irons. However, as they're forged, they are easily bendable 4 degrees either way (unlike many cast clubs, which generally have a maximum tolerance of about 2 degrees).

I have had these clubs for only 1 month and I LOVE THEM. They are not only beautiful but they are also forgiving. Being a 12 handicap, I always believed forged clubs were for better golfers...I was wrong. The Comp EZs give the mid to high handicapper the soft feel of a forged club with the forgiveness of cavity backed. Don't take my word for it...HIT THESE CLUBS! You won't be disappointed.

I traded a set of Callaway Tung Ti's for the Mizunos and I'm glad I did. Though not as forgiving as the Callaways, now I'm not looking down on a huge, wide, ugly club anymore.

My 6 month old Callaway X.12 graphites were stolen and I hit a lot of new irons before I bought these. They stood out a mile in terms of feel, feeback. Distance control is also impressive. Not as forgiving as X12 maybe on off centre hits, but then again I'm making more centre hits now ! The looks, feel and feedback is making me swing better and with better tempo. If you are a medium/high handicapper, give these forged clubs a try and you'll be very suprised. To whoever stole my X12's .Thanks.

This is an incredible new product. I have always heard great things about forged clubs but was a little unsure of how forgiving they would be. No need to worry, the Mizuno engineers have got it perfect. These are easily as forgiving as anything else I tried and when you hit them ""sweet"" it unlike any other club you will ever hit. I now understand what soft feel and working the ball means. And soft feel, yet at least one more club distance over my old set of TM LCG. Only other comment is on the shafts and they are as good as the club heads. I used to think the Rifle shafts were smooth, but these True Temper Gold Plus Sensicore are beyond that. In short a great new club (a little on the pricey side) but I am loving them and shooting lower scores.

Demo'd the Calloway X12 pro series, Wilson Tour Cast, Ping I3 and the Titleist 981. All had their merits but the Mizuno gives the perfect combo of forgiveness and feel. Miss the sweetspot and you will know it, but the ball still carries longer than it should. Hit the sweetspot and its the sweet music that only a forging can provide. Also, these clubs are much more workable than the others that I demo'd. You can hit 3/4 shots, knockdowns and still feel the clubhead. If you are looking for a new set of irons, TRY THESE! You will be sold.

When looking for a new set of clubs, I spent 6 months trying all the big, and not so big, names in golf. I made the right decision! The Comp EZ's provide the feel of forging and still manage to be forgiving. They set up well, and when you are striking the ball well, the give a feel and feedback that just needs to be experienced. I love these clubs. The custom fitting provided by Mizuno makes these clubs even better. I play with an inch over, 1 degree upright, and an 1/32 oversize grip. Just GREAT.

Customer Service

I broke the sensicore shaft on a tree root, and it was replaced no questions asked. The folks at Roger Dunn Golf Shop have always provided excellent service.

These clubs deliver the goods! Great distance and control with the feel that has to be tried to be understood - very dense and solid that only good forgings seem to give. Demoed several others sets that were also good but IMHO these clubs were best performers no contest! Great setup and love the sensicore gold plus shafts (stiff) really great combo with this clubhead. You really owe it to yourself to give these clubs a try, think that you'll be glad you did!

These are the best irons I've used. Every positive you hear about forged clubs is true. I don't see any negatives. The feel during swing, and impact is simply unbelievable. The ball flies true and long. It beats all of my previous clubs listed here hands down. But then again, my game is improving too, he he he.
