I got these clubs based upon reviews from this website. I am not disappointed. Aesthetically they are some of the nicest clubs that are on the market today. I have been drooling over the taylor made 300 irons because of their soft feel. When I found a set with rifle FCM 6.0 shafts i decided to go with these. They are extremely accurate all the way out to the 3 iron that I'd actually consider trying the 2 iron in my bag. The feedback is excellent and misses are not overly penalizing. They promote confidence with their sleek topline setup and the balance of these clubs are perfect. I have the standard loft and lie. These are my first set of clubs with steel shafts and i just love them. Get them now as they are no longer being produced. All around great clubs for anyone.

Just been out to buy these clubs before they disappear now they are no longer being manufacture. I have played with Ping Zing 2 irons for the last 8 years and wanted to upgrade especially for the shorter irons. These clubs look great for starters and there feel at set up is great and confidence building. They hit a nice strong mid height ball flight and have a crisp contact sound. I hope to spend the winter getting used to these ready for a great summer next year. I fyou a reasonable player you should try these clubs whilst you can.

These are classic golf clubs. No silly off-sets to helps slicers. No big cavity backs. Just a beautiful clean true hitting golf club. Probably not for beginners but still easy to hit for a so called experts club. Make fantastic noise when you strike the ball. Traded in a set of Adams Tightlies and have never looked back!

Man, I really like these irons. Every club has a very solid feel and all are much easier to hit sweet than I expected, especially the longer irons. Decided to give these a try because although my wedge play has been good the past couple of years my short irons have been way too loose. That changed immediately with these - the short iron blades (pw,9,8)tightened everything up and like the rest of the set were very easy to swing and to hit flush. Distance was a little too good - had the lofts weakened 1 degree because I was flying a lot of greens. Was considering Hogan Apex Edge Pros and these. Found a slightly used set with Rifle 5.5 shafts for 369.00. After 2 months of almost everyday play I wouldn't hesitate a minute to throw down the 499.00 retail price if these had to be replaced. Excellent value. If your game is based on creating scoring opportunities with your wedges and short irons and you want solid, easy to hit middle and long irons, you might consider these clubs.

Customer Service

Emailed Maxfli to ask about the future of these clubs. They responded in just a couple of days to say that all club decisions are being made by Taylormade and the A10 concept has been temporarily shel

Traded my Taylor Made 300 for these Maxfli. TEN time better than my last set. Every thing a golf club should be congratulations to MAXFLI..It is a pity that Taylor Made have now pulled the A10 from production Is it possable that Taylor Made are worried that the Maxfli are better clubs than theirs.. I have to say that the Maxfli A10s are better. Hit them and find out for your self..

Great concept with a mixed set morphing from cavity to muscleback. Thin topline looks good at setup. First set of irons I've felt like I have an actual chance of controlling. Nice soft feel at impact. Too bad Maxfli is out of the club business, but I'm glad I got in on this one.

I acquired these clubs after somebody believed their need for my old blades was greater than mine. These clubs are a great idea, you can lash out with the cavity backs (2-6), still work the ball and they are reasonably forgiving. The blades (the 7 being a semi blade) what can I say, in my opinion they are as good as any other blade on the market. Although not quite the same feel as a forging they are pretty close but no where near the price. I think RAM tried this concept a few years a go and it never really took off. It will be interesting to see what impact Nike will have when they introduce their forged version of the same concept (Dec 02). These may not be for every one but if you have a half-decent swing you will be able to use these clubs. Almost every high marker I have meet can hit a short iron blade, do yourself a favour, from 120 in use a blade it will go exactly where you need it too (get distance and direction correct) and that that high handicap will drop. One last thing like all other clubs get the shaft right and it will work.

Customer Service

Good, I had the clubs re shafted shortly after I got them (hence the comment above). No problems.

Learned to play on blades and did not like by Taylor Made Firesoles; lacked feel and the ability to shape shots. However, needed the cavity back support for long irons. The A10's fit the bill. Great looking clubs. Short irons are blade with great feel and the mid to long irons have the muscle back support. Great clubs for the price.

Beautiful, sweet set of irons.I've tried a lot of clubs and found the A 10's produced really solid shots for me.I custom ordered them 3/4 inch longer and 3* upright and wow do they ever perform.Just point and shoot. They feel just like a forged club on contact and do they ever look good. One of the best choices i've ever made...

Customer Service

I would not use any technical terms or any vague praises. I have had great confidence in my Cleveland 900 BRZ wedges, which have comparable-to-none softness and controllability of muscle back blades head. And my long iron shots with Callaway Hawkeye irons have been OK. My question is, how I can match my wedge shot and long iron shot. This Maxfli A10 gave me the answer. Its idea of combination of muscle-back blades for short irons and cavity-back for long irons really works!!! And its nickel/chrome composition gives way softer feel than any other forged irons. I fell in love with golf again after I got A10. Weakness? A10's silver-like finish makes me feel sorry to give them scraches.
