KZG Forged Cavity Back 2
Got these clubs (3-pw) custom fitted by my local club maker after playing some random beginner clubs for a season. Now I've had them for 5 years and I still get a lot out of them.
Customer Service My club fitter fixed a couple of loose ferrules free of charge (even though it didn't have anything to do with KZG as a company) Similar Products Used: Tried alot: KZG Evolution (more like a semi-blade, less peremiter weighting), Nike Ignite (biggest difference is the fatter sole/chunky look at adress) |

KZG Cavity Back II
The KZG Cavity Back II is a great performing iron. The club delivers the consistency, and feel expected in a forged iron with a unexpected level of forgiveness. The clubs also produce an impressive amount of ball spin. With my previous set of cast clubs (ping i-10)I was not able to produce much spin with the same swing. Because of the improved spin I was able to make them a half a club stronger. As a result I can now hit the ball longer and lower (which is good, as I am a natural high ball hitter)and get the ball to bite on the green and come to a quick stop. With a consistent iron swing these clubs will put you in a position to score. Similar Products Used: Mizuno mp-60

These irons are the best combination of feel, playability, look and performance I've used. They are buttery out of the sweet spot, give enough feedback on off-center hits and allow plenty of workability. Easy to align. For a more serious player. |
