I have only played one round with the clubs. I got a set 3-9 +PW. I realize I need the 10 iron, too. The 9 iron has a loft of 42 deg and the PW has a loft of 50 deg. That's too big a gap. So, I'm in the market for a 10 iron.

Just bought these an internet auction @ $230.00 for 3-9 + pitching wedge. They are really terrific. Have been playing original big bertha irons ('94 model) but 7 & 8 iron shafts broken and currently getting repaired at Callaway. They are much lighter than Bertha's and easier to swing. Very forgiving clubs. A steal at this price.

I've had my clubs for about six months now, and have seen my scores drop from the mid 90s into the low 80s and occasionally high 70s. If you practice enough to get comfortable with your swing, these clubs will deliver the goods. High fades, draws, whatever is necessary is available to you.

I am new to golf and am not very good. I bought this set (4-SW) from eBay for $230 and I instantly was able to hit farther and straighter than I did before with my old hand-me-down clubs. I haven't used enough other kinds to know if this would've happened with ANY new clubs, but all I know is that it DID happen with these. With the results I've seen, I can't understand why I would need to pay $700 or more for irons.

U just got a set of these from ONSALE.COM for $200 and they are great. Very forgiving and getting more so as I play them more. i actually put away my PING Eye II for these clubs. At this price don't try anything else. At very least yuo will have a very solid backup set for $200.

Great set of clubs. This is my second set this year. I had one set, sold for a profit, went to Cobra II, and came back to Goldwin. Much easier to hit. Larger butts make shot making easier. Very easy to swing. Best value out there!

Customer Service

Just ordered another set of new grips from manufacturers representative for repairs and grips/shafts. Super service.

Tried a graphite shaft set earlier this year - I prefer the metal/steel shafts.

Wow! These clubs are an unbelievable value at $200 (retail for these was $1200 before Goldwin went bankrupt). I got the firm graphite shaft clubs. The heads aren't oversized, but I can still hit farther and straighter. Also, I've found that it's easier to hit fades and draws with these. Super clubs at a super price.
