These irons are a joy to hit. I have played them about 4 months now and my scores are coming down. Not only are they fairly long, but they get up quickly allowing me to hit over, rather than punch out. Great feel, Winn grips, and who can beat the Price? My set included all 4 wedges, custom lie and loft, and I still had a 90 day trial period to return them (Yes, even the demos!) Customer Service Excellent - They shipped standard, instead of 1/2" long 2 degree upgright. They paid the return, expediated the right clubs, and threw in a dozen golf balls Similar Products Used: King Cobra II's, Dunlops, some other knock-offs. |

I have now played the GX2 Irons for 2 years. Before playing these irons, I had tried everything. I was to the point that I was playing all Orlimar fairway metals up to PW. I went to a Giant Golf seminar & got a SW with the price of the seminar. I liked the way it felt. About a month or so after the seminar, I got a call from the Giant Golf Representative who offered me a deal on a set of the irons. I have been taking strokes off my game ever since. I don't mess with my 3 & 4 irons much, but that is only because of my love for fairway metals, but I know I hit the 8 iron 150, straight as an arrow. The biggest difference is the ability to get the ball up in the air & long. I also have no problems with slices or hooks. If the ball goes to the right or left, it is user error. If you struggle with irons, these are the way to go. This year I have started firing in the high 70's & it all has to do with the control of these irons. It is pretty hard to stop a fairway metal from 165!!! Customer Service Excellent. The rep followed up with me about 30 days after receiving the clubs to make sure I was satisfied. They send me an email once in a while to keep in touch. Similar Products Used: Ping I2 Callaway Wilson Fat Shaft |

None After finally agreeing to try these irons I can honestly say that they are what they claim to be. I hit them about 15 yards farther that my previous set. The 3 & 4 are as easy to hit. Yes the lofts are strong. The first time I played them I was happy hitting 8 irons to greens at 150 yards and also hit a 6 iron pin high on a 165 uphill par three into the wind. None These GX2 irons are easy to hit well. The feel is good and distance is long. I used to have trouble with my long irons so I rarely play irons longer than 6 iron. Now with the gx2 irons I can hit the 4 iron long and straight off the tee consistently. They are nice looking and user friendly clubs. Similar Products Used: Taylormade Supersteel |

These clubs just might be fine but it'll cost you at least $50.00 to find out. One golf website - GolfClubReview.Com - states that these are half the price of Callaway X-14's. Well, not where I live. The Giants cost $649.00 and the X-14's cost the same (both charge an extra $50. for rifle shafts). The only way you'll get to hit the Giants is if you buy them direct, and they'll charge you $30.00 freight to ship them, and probably close to that to ship them back if you don't like them. Since they are a direct seller there price should be considerably less as they do not have all the extra costs associated with selling through middlemen. So, Giant will give you two free wedges with the set plus a 90 day free trial - but they've had problems with their clubs surface not holding-up which sounds an awful lot like PureSpin wedges. So, I can hit the Callaways to my hearts desire at a range, the two free wedges don't interest me as I would prefer either Cleveland or Vokey wedges, I'm not out $50.00 (which is half the preferred wedge cost)in freight charges and if I have a problem I have a reputable company standing behind their product. I'm not 100% sold on the X-14 Pro-Series yet but there are in my final mix as are several other clubs from well known manufacturers and I'll just let others go the Giant route as I learned long ago there is no free lunch. Customer Service AS To A Questioned Posed On Their Website Giant responded the very next day. The Ping rep on the other hand had to be called twice, called back two days later and was of no help in finding a full demo set of I-3's to play a couple of rounds as just hitting a 6 iron off the tee proves little Similar Products Used: Callaway X-14 Pro-Series, Ping I-3 Blades (unresponsive local rep), Hogan Apex & Apex Plus, Maxfli Revolution & Austalian Blades, MacGregor PCB Tour, Titleist 990, Taylor Made 300 & 320 and Cleveland TA-1 & TA-5 |

I have been play these clubs for about a month now and they are awesome. I am hoping to break in the 80's this summer. I have noticed these clubs are not quit as accurate as my ping's. But the distance I get makes up for it. I have also found that with missed hits you lose only a few yards. I will have to say for the value these clubs are perfect. This is an update. Hve had tese clubs a month now and they've helped me knock 10 strokes off my game. Feedback and feel is a little rough but the 5 iron through wedges hit a lot further and straighter then other clubs I've tried. Good high handicapper improvement clubs. Bought a set of the heads and then had someone build them with steel shafts and golf pride grips. These clubs are good for what they are intended. Below, you will notice that all the bad reviews are from better golfers. I believe these clubs are meant for high handicappers (15+). I really enjoy mine, they have helped with my confidence and consistency. When you hit these clubs solid, nothing feels better! Customer Service Customer service helped direct me to areas to build my set. Very friendly and helpful. Similar Products Used: None |

Called on a Monday, received clubs Wednesday afternoon. Score on first two rounds went up because I kept overshooting greens by 10 to 20 yards. Definitely getting more distance on 5 through wedges. Having a tendency to slice the 3iron though - (this is something new). Will continue to try them out and post an update. Clubs quality and finish on par with other "name brands".. I have read all of the review and cannot understand what everyone is talking about, These clubs feel great. On miss hit the ball even goes straight, But when you catch it flush nothing feels better I don't understand how you guy's can say feels like a rock. When I started using these clubs I lowered my score by 3 strokes and have been a lot more consistant. These clubs are well worth trying, they will be in my bag for a long time or untill they come out with new ones.KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
