Great clubs especially when you consider the price. I've played all summer with them and find them to be very consistant, and remarkably I'm starting to hit the dreaded long irons a predictable distance. Very forgiving, great feel with the short irons. I decided on these clubs in a blind swing test against TA-5's and a set of 845's. I found them to be very close to the Clevelands. If I could just get those drives down I can turn the corner. |

Cobra Irons have finally got some great quality back again since being taken over by the Titelist co. As a senior golfer of 70 years, I never liked playing with graphite shafted irons. Now I can go back to steel shafted with these new Cobras and keep the ball in the fairways and on the greens. Cobra cut these steel shafted irons to suit my swing speed. These are a very forgiving set of irons. I am a Cobra fan again! Similar Products Used: Usually build my own set of clones. My earliest set of clubs where some old MacGregor irons built back in the 40s or 50s. |

Fantastic Irons. I loved them from my first shot on the range. They are light weight easy to hit. I just want new grips on them. |

Cobra SS Oversized Irons w/steel shaft
When I decided to upgrade from a custom set of Warrior irons I tried out several sets on the course. I wound up with a set of Nicklaus VCG irons, but I never hit them consistently. I wanted a larger iron to help with that problem. Well I have found it. I have played two rounds with them and I could not be more satisfied. When I play I am known to hit it close to the green and rely on my chipping and putting to save par, not with these. They do not generate an excessive amount of sidespin and the sweet spot is very large. I aim for the center of the green and when I put a decent swing on with them I am on the putting surface. If you are looking for a set of oversized irons I cannot recommend these enough. Customer Service Have not needed them. Similar Products Used: Nicklaus VCG, Callaway X-14, Cleveland TA5 |

Used to play with the King Cobra II's but moved to the SS oversizes after a brief demo. These are lighter and easier to swing. I am hitting my long irons so well, I no longer need my 7 wood and have taken it out of my bag. |

I just got this set today, and before I made this decieion, I have spent lots of time on this Web site to see what are the potentials iron set I should go for, which are the Taylor Made 360, Ping i3, Cleverland TA-5. Afer reading enoug reviews, time to try it out myself and get the feel for it. In the shop, I have tried all the mentioned above, but it wasn't anything I was super impress with. Only when suggeested by shop kepper to try out the "Cobra King Cobra SS Stainless Steel Irons" I knew I have found what I was looking for, with the accurcy, speed, and forgivness. Before I put a 5 on it, I will give a better report with full details after the coming weekend golf trip in China using this new set of iron. To be continued .... |

Tried these out with a group of clubs including MX 20's, Ping i 3 and the ball just flew with the Cobras. I take the point another reviewer made about the clubs not liking deep lies and they are a bit lacking in feel. I don't like the look of the head at all but the results are compelling. Definitely a stepping stone and confidence builder. Price £499 Sterling Customer Service n/a Similar Products Used: MX 20 Ping i3 |

Cobra oversize SS irons
I purchased these a few weeks ago. Two rounds in so far and these are great irons. I am hitting the 3 iron 210 yards and down the middle - very easy to hit! Best short irons I have ever hit and this includes the over priced Callaways. I have owned both X-12's and X-14's and don't feel they come close to these new Cobras in distance, feel or playabilty. I don't know the last reviewer's swing habits but if you can't hit these well I suggest you instead try fishing or tennis. I strongly suggest you try these before updating your irons. These are great sticks!!! Customer Service No experience. Similar Products Used: Callaway X-12's and X-14's, Titleist, Orlimar, Cleveland TA5's |

These are oversized and overpriced! This big, bulk head is larger than my old Callaways and not easy for picking the ball off the turf with. I had these two weeks and then it was bye bye. I am sure the oversize is forgiving but Taylor Made offers a cheaper more forgiving iron, 200's. Callaways X-14 also is more forgiving. Test these out before you buy and you can learn from my mistake. Customer Service none Similar Products Used: X-14's, 200's |
