This is a real unusual review but in my opinion, worth doing it. I played a few times one simple Quadpro, Graphite shaft, 6 iron. Just that. Being a rather irregular player who sometime hits the ball well but many times not, I can only say this: whenever I hit the ball correctly this club was absolutely great. The feeling is absolutely amazing and I can only confirm the ad saying "it feels like butter". The sweet spot is also huge and forgiving. Following other more experienced golfer's advise, I purchased Callaway Steelhead. Fine with the purchase but, honestly, I cannot forget the feeling of that 6 Iron Quadpro and I still regret not having bought them. |

Wow! After reading the reviews on here I made the quadpros my choice. I have been playing the original Ping Eye 2, but could no longer stand how short I was with them. These irons are incredible! Almost two clubs longer than the Pings and easier to hit. My confidence has gone through the roof, and we all know that confidence is everything in golf. I can't wait to get out to one of the tougher courses and see what I can do. Customer Service N/A Similar Products Used: Ping Eye2, Wilson Staff Progressives, Ram Nickel Tour Grind |

nice set of irons, swore i would never play graphite shafts, but these are really sweet. have hit 3 or 4 sets of irons in the last year these are by far the best. most people believe steel shafts are more accurate, but havent seen that in this club, put a nice swing on the ball and these clubs are very accurate. these clubs make me want to tell everybody how easy golf can be sometimes. these irons feel great, and look great too. the offset helps me on every club except my 3 and 4 iron (which tend to go right to left a little too much). i''m longer and higher with every club. they land longer and softer than any iron i''ve hit. the price is awesome on these clubs if you can still find them. my only caution is finding an attack (d) wedge and a sand wedge (s). i got lucky in finding a sand wedge at edwin watts, but had to spend 75.00 to get a used (d) wedge on e-bay (which was the only place i could find it). both are needed as the pitching wedge is only 45 deg (d wedge is 50 and sand is 55). go buy a 588 60 deg lob and you''ll have a short game that your friends will envy (just drop that 3 wood that you never use to stay at 14 clubs). i recommend these to any mid to high hand who wants the ultimate in length and forgiveness. I had to do it....write a review finally proclaiming my allegiance to these irons. I am admitted ClubHo, and have owned EVERY iron known to man, and there is no iron on the market that is a sweet as these Quadpro''s. Easy to hit, Super forgiving, great on both full swings and soft chips. A bit of offset, but not a ton. Before owning these I really struggled with my long irons...no longer the case! Cleveland has discontinued these irons, and they are VERY hard to com by compared to all the other big names. These were originally high dollar, high cost clubs to make....low production. If you can pick up a AW or SW do it, these clubs are deadly, so easy to hit, and work wonders from the fringe...I was worried at first because of the fairly wide sole, but it just slides under the ball with ease, no digging or fat shots! I have not met a person yet who hasn''t loved these irons- in fact, I have turned quit a few people on to them! Thats it- the greatest secret in golf equipment today- a hasbeen, discontinued iron set that will be nothing in the future----> thats why I BOUGHT 3 sets, 2 stored in my attice for the many years to come enjoying golf with these unbelievable sticks! As a clubHo goes, it is customary to change clubs at the drop of a dime, at a whim....the thought has never crossed my mind with these irons. Now drivers, putters, and fairway woods, thats another story--> what should I buy today?????? Customer Service A bit on the unfriendly side. Deal directly with a Cleveland Dealer if you have a problem! They are not so warm to the individual- my only gripe with Cleveland Similar Products Used: You name it! Callaway (every model), Ping (every model), Titleist (ditto), KZG CB-II''s (nice irons!), Im tired now.....the list goes on...... |

Excellent clubs. I had TA-5s before these and there is no comparison. These clubs are very easy to hit straight and far. Great for any skill level. Too bad they stopped making them. Customer Service Excellent Similar Products Used: TA-5 |

A very cool looking club. However, didn''t seem to perform any better than my old generic irons. Feel is a kinda muted feel. Not a bad club, but not outstanding great. Distance is also the same as my old irons. Kinda disappointed to pay all this money that didn''t outperform my old irons. Remember, try before you buy guys. Customer Service Used the e-mail service for questions. Usually got back in a day or two. But very brisk with their answers. Not too informative. Similar Products Used: Arnie''s Own bimetal irons |

Cleveland Quad Pro irons - stiff graphite
I previously played the original bertha irons for 5 years and decided to switch, I wanted a little more feel and I wanted to see what was out there. So I started about a year ago testing many of the game improvement type irons on the market. I tested the x14s, adams gt, i3s, tm 360s, hogan apex edges, along with the quads. All were good clubs however for me it came down to the quads and the edges. I took both out to the driving range again, and for me the quads won out by a nose. The edges are forged and had a excellent feel but I prefered the performance of the quads and feel was very good as well and to top it off the quads were the longest of the lot for me. After this testing I saw the edwin watts special on their internet site and jumped at the opportunity. I also emailed rankmark which ranked the quads 1st among high and low cappers last year and asked their opinion, they mentioned that the quads were their favorite of all the irons they had tested to date. Let me say I have not been disappointed, swing easy and ball go far! Wow factor is certainly in these irons. I understand that Cleveland has discontinued the quad line of irons alas the edwin watts special but just let me tell you if you are a mid to high capper looking for new sticks look into the watts special I don''t think you''ll be disappointed! Customer Service Have responded to emails promptly Similar Products Used: original big berthas, x14s, adams gt, ping i3s, hogan apex edge |

Cleveland Quad pro irons - stiff graphite
I have been testing irons at the driving range for at least a year. I played the original big bertha irons for about 5 years and was looking for something a little different. I tested most of the common names, x14s, 360s, ta5, hogan edges, & the quad pros. All are good clubs and I really enjoyed the edges with the forged feel. However I liked the quad pros a tad better and they were the longest of the bunch for me. The Quads are at least a club longer and much more accurate than my bertha''s. If you guys are a mid to high handicapper you should jump on Edwin Watts deal before they are gone. It''s improving my game (I''m now actually shooting in the mid to high 80''s) and will probably yours as well if your in this handicap range. As some of you may know they were 1st place among high and low cappers for rankmark last year. I emailed rankmark and asked their opinion, they mentioned that the quads were still thier favorite of all the clubs they have tried. There''s a reason they look sharp for a game inprovement clubs feel great with the vas (very powerful and solid feel off the face) and are long. If your in the market for a game improvement iron give the quads a chance I don''t think you''ll be disappointed! Customer Service I have emailed and they have been prompt in returning emails.
