Now I use Nike Forged blade, not I can hit like pro, just like the smaller and compact heads. I can hit 3 and 4 iron of GX2/gentle giant after a year or so into golf, but 5 and 6 is hard for me to hit, still, truck repair Pascagoula Weakness:

Being a player that shoots in the 80's pretty regularly, I'm probably not a typical candidate for blades, however, these just felt right. Beaumont Commercial Truck Repair Weakness:

Tommy Armour 855s Silver Scott
I've been playing these irons for several years. Pretty forgiving cavity-backs. The original shafts weren't bad (Armour Tour Step), but I require 1/2" over standard and 2 deg upright lie because of my height. Reshafted 3-7 with low kick Apollo Shadows and 8-LW with mid kick Apollo Standards. Had to drill out the tapered hosels for the .370 shafts, though. This is a great combination for my swing tempo and probably the best shaft/head combo I've had yet. The relatively large head is easy to hit. I was surprised how easy the 3 iron is to hit, and plan to pick up a 1 iron for fun. You can work the ball adequately enough, but are limited by the offset. The slightly smaller 845s heads work the ball better, IMO. I alternate between these clubs and my Armour 845s. Early in the season, April-June, I play the 855s until I get in the groove; then, I transition to the 845s which work the ball a little better. Overall, I think handicappers of all levels would enjoy the 855s. Customer Service None needed; used Ebay clubs. Similar Products Used: Tommy Armour 845s, Ping i3 Blades. |

saw these on sale at tgw 3-sw with graphite shafts for 399.00 so I figured what the heck and ordered them. These are the best damn irons you can play for that kind of money, I've gained 15 ysrds per club distance and they are easy to hit now I shoot an ocassional 80's |

I am a beginner golfer so i dont have a many clubs to compare the 855s against, but what i do know for sure is that my score dropped significantly when i switched from my rummage sale special clubs to my tommy armour 855s. I would recommend these clubs to golfers of all levels |

Great clubs. They are very forgiving, and compared to my old no names, they are a godsent. I am able to hit the ball much more accurate with great distance. Defenitly reccommend them to anyone |
