Fantastic clubs - high game improvement. Three golf pros in my area play these clubs and recommend them to all of their students. They recommended them to me and my ball striking improved overnight. I picked up about five yards per club over my old set of Pings and have exact ten yard distance gaps between clubs. I hit my 1-Iron #3 iron 200 yards carry with a high trajectory.

The easiest to hit clubs I've ever played and the customer service is the best I've ever received.

Exceptional.

Disappointed and Disgusted
Worst Golf Clubs I've ever played

Just bought a demo set of 1-Iron Clubs 3-PW + Lob Wedge.
They arrived yesterday evening and I went straight to the golf course this morning .
Started with the pitching wedge could only get it to go 75yds, then I Hit the 3 iron the same distance (75yds) .
Called the Golf Pro out there and he had similar results and he laughed and told me I'd been duped.
When I called them and told them I wanted to return them The guy laughed and said they don't do returns on demos.
I told him I'd just turn it over to PayPal he said go ahead you won't get nothing and hung up.
When I bought them I ask about used or returned clubs and they said they donate them to a local High School.
Then I was told that the demos were just like a new sale.
So now I have got to turn it over to PayPal and the Credit Card company .
I'm a Disabled Veteran and this was supposed to be my Fathers Day gift from all my children and my wife.
Not going to be much of a Fathers Day.
This company is just another Golf Scam.

Buyers Beware !

Model Reviewed: 1 Iron golf clubs

When I took up golf at the urging of a friend, he demonstrated the grip and the swing, and explained that it is 1 swing that is used for all the clubs, and that the club used determines the yardage. It never made sense to me because the variable length of each club meant that I was a different distance from the ball at setup as I changed clubs. The driver felt like I had a 5 foot long shaft with a club head way out on the end. I was only able to make solid contact and hit it straight and long 50% of the time. When I read about the 1 Iron clubs concept wherein all irons are the same length and weight, and all fairway woods being the same length and weight, I loved the concept, but was skeptical about the yardage. The promise of trying the clubs and being able to return them if I wasn't happy pushed me to take a chance. In summary, it took 3 sessions on the range, and 12 rounds before the magic took hold. I am now playing better and more consistent golf than ever before. My yardage and high trajectory are the same as my traditional clubs; however, the consistency is vastly improved. My wife was amazed, and as a result, she now has her own set of 1 irons. We believe these clubs will help every golfer, including particularly poor golfers. I have never enjoyed the game as much as I do now. The driver is a bit different, and I get about 20 yards less than my old driver; however, my control is so much greater that the tradeoff of accuracy for yardage is a no brainer. My tee shots used to go 250 to 270 yards (about 50% of the time in the fairway). Now I get 230 to 250 yards in the fairway about 75% of the time.

Customer Service

I have not had any problems and thus cannot comment on service; however, from the moment of my order on the internet I was kept informed of the status of my order and the clubs were promptly shipped. They were exactly as described on the web site!

Researching Mike Austin brought me to Jaacob Bowden and his You Tube video about thinking out of the box and looking into clubs all of the same length letting you use the same swing. I called David Lake and had a lengthy conversation with him and also emailed Jaacob Bowden and had a response from him. I took the plunge and purchased all the irons from 3 to lob wedge. I am in agreement with David Lake and with Jaacob Bowden that there is a transition period and that you cannot judge the product after one or two uses. My son who use to be almost scratch tried them out and was extremely impressed with the ease of striking the ball and the solidness of the hit and he was extremely impressed with the product. The three iron was the most difficult club for me initially especially because the trajectory was low however with increase use this has improved. There has been no loss of distance with any of the clubs. The hits are solid and the distance control is great and once you learn which distance you hit each club consistently, you can really dial in the control. I have hit different clubs including Callaways, Pings, Titelist and Taylor Made as well as Hogan clubs. I must admit that these beat Callaway and Pings and the rest by a mile. I will probably give the One Iron Driver a try as I like the concept of a shorter driver which is next to impossible to get today from the major manufacturers in the traditional length of 43 inches which makes it easier to get through the ball and without any loss of length. My best driver to date has been a Titleist 975D steel shafted driver with a 43 inch length (the one that Tiger Woods use to use), so I am getting the sense that David Lake's One Iron Titanium driver should more than be comparable. I will make a posting on it once I give it a try. The other important thing to consider is the 30 day money back, no questions asked guarantee that David Lake of ONE IRON GOLF offers if you don't like the clubs or if they are not for you. I don't know of anyother manufacturer/club maker who backs up their product like this and I believe he knows what he is talking about. In summary, these irons are great! You still have to have a golf swing but if you don't, it will still be easier to perfect your game than with conventional clubs.

I have played about 4 rounds with these clubs and feel like I hit them very consistently, which is the benefit of having a single-length set. I need to continue hitting them in order to figure out the average distance that I hit them.

Customer Service

Great, no problems at all.

From the first time I hit these clubs I've been longer and straighter than with any other clubs I've ever played. Using just one swing and set-up with all the irons makes for astonishing improvement in consistent ball striking. My 1 Irons are the same length as my old #9 iron which was my favorite club. Now all my irons are my favorites.

1 Iron Golf's fitting formula based on your wrist-to-floor measurement is so accurate it's scary. I'd recommend these golf clubs to anybody who is looking to drop strokes from their game.

Customer Service

Very responsive to emails and phone calls.

Model Reviewed: 1 Iron Golf - #3 iron

I purchased a demo 3-iron from 1-Iron Golf just to test it out.
Now I realize that they say that you can't fully realize the value of the 1-Iron system from just one club, but I don't think that's 100% true.
I figure if I can hit this club, then I should be able to hit any of their clubs, since they are all identical, save the loft angle.
Besides, I really wanted to see what it feels like to hit a shorter, custom-sized 3-iron.
Wow, is it nice. I've always hit well with my 8 and 9 irons, but with the longer ones, forget it. Now I can blast the 3-iron with the same swing.
Plus the club just looks and feels like quality. I particularly like the smooth steel shaft. Looks so much nice than the stepped-shaft junk that I have now. The oversized grips feel quite nice as well.

I'll definitely be buying a full set of their irons once I can convince the wife that it's worth it.

Customer Service

Excellent so far. They are very responsive.
