Titleist 906f Fairway Woods

Titleist 906f Fairway Woods

DESCRIPTION

Was afraid for the better player Titleist clubs, my mistake, bought Driver 905R and fairway woods 906F both withNV green reg shaft and they deliver better (for me) than Ping, Sonartec, Mizuno and some other crap clubs. Bought on a close out.

I'm a junior golfer and I baught this 3-wood for christmas. This club is a monster. I hit the ball 270 with my driver (905t) and I hit this 3-wood 260. I hit 75% of fairways with this bad boy. I shaved 2-3 strokes off this because of off the tee. My only complaint is the low trajectory and the fact that it is hard to hit off the ground. At my club I have about 7 buddies who all schoot in the low 70's and no one is consistant off the ground.

Had been playing Titleist fairway woods for quite a while and got these when they first came out after hitting them. I find them more forgiving than their ancestors, but still not a game improvement club by any means. Wonderful feel and control. The F2 series does have a low piercing trajectory, and you do need to be able to generate some clubhead speed to take advantage of it. I have not hit the F4's so I can't speak to them. I recommend these highly for players with some above average skill sets.

I love this club. Really amazing and accurate. Best 3-wood I've ever played. The salesman at Van's suggested I try the 15.5 with the Aldila VS Proto shaft, which I thought would be too heavy, at 80 grams. I was wrong - the heavy shaft is excellent. My swing speed is about 90mph and I can hit this ball high and perfectly straight. Already inspires great confidence. Excellent club!!! Another great product from Titleist Golf.

The best feeling and accurate 3 wood I ever had. I bought it with Pro Force V2 85-S as a standard shaft and boy... it never fails me. But be careful for those not so hard hitters.. this wood won't give you much distance because it launch the ball low but piercing trajectory. Think if your swing speed is more than 100 MPH, this thing worth to try
