I had originally bought an XX10 driver before purchasing this 4 wood. After purchasing the club I went to the range and was amazed at how well I hit the club off the deck. Yardages of 230-260 are not uncomman since I believe this is considered a "strong" lofted club at 16.5. I use it off the tee on some short par 4's and it certainly brings nearly any par 5 into reach. In fact, I love this club so much I purchased a w-302 driver to go along with the 4 wood and haven't been disappointed with it either!

The first time i tried this club was at a demo day at the local range and i tried the 12.5 lofted three wood. After the first swing i knew that this was the fairway wood! Great feel ascending ball light that went dead strait everytime i hit it. Srixon is totally underated everthing in their clubs are quality, from the shafts to the grips, i taked with the rep about it and he said it was because srixon makes their own shafts to be perfectley matched with the club heads. Try this club you won't regret it

I typically used my driver on every par 4 and 5 because I didnt own a decent 3 or 5 wood. I had some 20 year old taylor-made knock offs. They were far from forgiving. My counterparts were destoying me on the par 5s and tight par 4s. Anyhoo, I have used a Srixon XXIO driver and love it. So, I decided to give the W-302's a try. Thay are very long, forgiving, and easy to get in the air. The auto-turn feature will hell promote a nice draw if you have a fade..beware of the hook though!! The 3-wood was good for about 240-250 yards with a nice smooth swing. If you are very agressive, the vicious hook comes alive. The 5-wood was good for an easy 225 yards. Same as the 3-wood, dont get aggresive or you will pay! When you make good contact, you get a nice metallic click. After which, the ball explodes of the face! I highly recommend the clubs if you are looking for some great fairway woods!

I will say that my only contact with Srixon customer service was horrific. My driver broke after 14 swings and It took 2 months and quite few phone calls to get back my club. No one knew the status of driver repair...I hope you dont have to give them a call.
