Quick Strike II Tour
I built a 24 degree version of this club in the hopes that it would be my 150 yard club. I was very disappointed because I ended up being able to hit the dang thing 175. I find that this club fits my eye at address and is easy to hit straight. I liked it so much that I bought a 27 degree (non Tour version) and it is also great.

Quick Strike II 15 through 39
I have the 15, 19, 23, 27, 31, 35, and 39 degree versions of the Quick Strike II with regular flex IROD shafts and can honestly say these are the most forgiving clubs I have ever played. I am a “sweeper” and dislike the idea of taking out divots. These clubs enable me to play the same setup almost every time with great results! OK, it’s not classic golf, but it makes it fun for me ‘cuz I don’t have time for lessons!

Snake Eyes Quick strike tour 21 degree
Put together the tour 21 degree head w/6.0 rifle steel 'hybrid' shaft. Has been an improvment over my previous taylor made rescue 22 degree. This particular shaft/head combo seems to really work well, as I had problems with my TM rescue and too much draw or outright duck hooks. The way this club is setup it is almost impossible for me to hit it left-it either goes dead straight or a slight fade. Trajectory is high and lands soft with minimal roll. However, the feel of the head leaves a lot to be desired. It has a very hollow, tinny, weak feeling (although distance is good) that I really dont like. I would prefer a more solid 'thump' at impact, but if you can get over the sound/feel issue it is a very solid performing club that worth giving a shot. Quick Strike II 15* and 19*
I had the Quick Stike hybrids, and traded them in for the Quick Strike II models. The originals were really nice, but I like the II version better. Mine have the Grafalloy Pro Launch shaft, and both are just a pleasure to swing. Nice medium high trajectory, hot face, great sound, easy to hit on line, lands soft. I use mine for the 230 yd. shot (15*) and the 200-220 yd, (19*) and they are great performers. Off the tee, they are winners as well.. and the price? Superbo! I actually give these guys the edge over the Cleveland HALO (gasp!) and much better than the Wishon, the Hogan, the Callaway, the Sonartec hybrids.. have not tried the Nickent, hear they are pretty nice, but will stick with these for a long time! Customer Service Hear Golfsmith service is great, have not used. Similar Products Used: Most of 'em. |

Quick Strike ll
Made the 19 and 23 degree with Aldila One stiff shafts. If you hit one of these you will never hit a 3 iron again. I made the 23 for times when I play from the tips. Lands much softer than any long iron. Stops like an 8 iron, with wedge accuracy. Couldn't imagine any hybrid being any sweeter than this. Customer Service Always good Similar Products Used: Nike |

Snake Eyes Quick Strike Tour
I'm an 8 handicapper who shoots in the 70s about 4 times a year. I use a mixture of OEM and self-assembled clubs using Snake Eyes heads. My irons are Mizuno MP-33's, and my 56 and 60 degree wedges are Cleveland. My 2 iron is a graphite shafted Ping ISI. The driver is a Snake Eyes 600T-C with a Graffalloy Blue Pro Launch shaft. I just assembled a Quick Strike Tour 21 degree head with a UST IRod hybrid FW shaft. The decision was made after hearing how much my brother (1 handicap) liked his. The shaft is 42", modern 5 wood length. Most of the time I grip down 1" or 1 1/2", but it's nice to have the extra shaft length if you really need to move the ball a long way. The look of the club is awesome. It looks as good ,or better than, any OEM hybrid on the market. The leading edge is nicely rounded, making it easy to hit of any kind of lie. It also works really well from just off the green. The club is very forgiving and easy to hit. My misses, or more accurately, most of my shots, tend to be on the toe, yet this club gets the ball up easily. The ball flight is medium and penetrates nicely. My whole family uses a number of Snake Eyes clubs built by my brother or myself. My mom is playing a Snake Eyes 600T-C driver and 3 wood. My dad is using a Snake Eyes Viper Ti-4 driver and a 600T-C 3 wood. My brother carries a 600T-C driver and 3 wood, and a Quick Strike Tour 21 degree hybrid. The Snake Eyes stuff looks incredible and performs as good as it looks. Customer Service Golfsmith is excellent to deal with. Similar Products Used: Taylormade Rescue |

This review is mainly for original quick strik, I have 10, 14, 18, 22 and 26 degree for 2-3 years (all from ebay), long before the rest of name brands start the hybrid wave. Overall, the forgiveness is much better than most hybrid clubs (Adams, Mizuno, Nike, Taylor Made etc). Lately, I did find Sonartec MD 17 outperform Quick Strike 14 of mine, most likely due to the 0.370" iRod shaft and maybe a bit advantage in head design too. The Sonartec MD 17 gives me 195-205 yards, comparable to Quick Strike 14 degree/EI-70 combination, but with much higher trajectory and ease, though 2-4 times more expensive. I am testing the Quick Strike with Grafalloy hybrid shaft for 14 and 18, will see. The 18, 22 and 26 with either True Temper Classic steel/Regular (high trajectory), or EI-70 S or R (low and penetrating, 5-10 yards longer than the steel), serve me well as 3-5 iron, hit like irons, and give me very consistent results. Somehow I could not hit Sonartec MD 21 degree either R or S (hardly feel any difference because the very low torque) The Snake eyes quick strike shaft (2-3 years old did not perform well for me, reg or stiff, tip is bit soft and wobbling); The 10 degree, haven't reshafted , not as forgiving as 14 degree and up. Did try the quick strike 19 degree in the quick strike iron set, bit lighter than original. Just got a 15 degree Quick strike II, have not put shaft on it yet, depth looks somewhat between wood and hybrid I can hit normal fairway woods, but the hybrids are lot more versatile in difficult lies: fringe of greens, under the tree, medium high rough etc. Customer Service Not used Similar Products Used: Adams, Mizuno, Nike, Taylor Made, Sonartec hybrids |
