Ping Tec fairway 3 and 7
the best fairway woods I have ever played. Just recently ordered 3 and 7 from Ping with JZ steel stiff shafts. 3 wood is good for a constant 250 yards, 7 is 200 yards everytime I hit them. Through searching for fairway woods!!!! Now if I could only find a driver that plays as good as these do... Customer Service excellent, special ordered the woods had them in 2-days. TiSI Tec 3 & 5 woods, Ping 350 stiff graphite shafts
Excellent trajectory - hits the ball high & long; great carry. Large clubheads help with confidence off the tee, and easy to get off the fairway due to low profile clubface. Haven't had to hit out of rough but might be a little hard to get through thick patches given the size - unsure. They do have an unusual rounded head shape (like all the TiSI series) but the center of gravity is very low (zirconium soleplate insert helps) so the ball gets up easily. Great "slate" head color, very distinctive & rich-looking. Good quality shafts for stock maker shafts, not very "whippy". Excellent swingweight - very light & easy to maneuver - the clubs almost swing themselves. These are woods you buy & keep for a long time - titanium will keep them longer than anything that's steel, & the shape & size are true Ping "classics". Only drawback is the price - full retail price is over $400! - try to find "discounted" for $250! Customer Service Spotty - depends who you get on the phone. Service itself is excellent but phone response is a bit disappointing - I asked for a replacement headcover for a $250 fairway wood (since I lost one) & still never got it. bought this 3wd with stiff grafalolly shaft with the hopes of not needing to carry a driver.I think it,s working, hit it about 240 average and finding 50% more fairways than hitting driver, nice little left to right action, but can fade it if needed. Ping TiSi Tec 3 wood
I bought a TiSi Tec driver first to replace my Mizuno. I loved it and after awhile it hit me.....! A 3-wood, they have to make a 3wood. They do, I got it, I love it. Its a true gem. I can just powder the ball from the short grass, rough, anywhere I can get some clubface on it I hit it and just wack it. Its really the first fairway wood I've been able to hit off the deck and my confidence level with it is great. Off the tee on tight par4's or any excuse to hit it on a par5 its great! Its long and fun to hit. I hit a low ball and the TiSi Tec 3wood gets the ball up iin the air fast. I like it so much I hit it off the tee even when a driver will do. if you need confidence off the tee or fairway demo the Ping TiSi Tec line you'll be surprised. Customer Service No need so far Similar Products Used: Mizuno T-Zoid forged 3 wood, Callaway Big Bertha 3 Wood |

ping tsi tech 3 wood
I purchased the TSI Tec 3 wood with a pro force R shaft. I use it off the tee instead of my Ping ISI Tec driver. It hits almost as long but with much better consistency. Hits straight boring drives about 240 yards plus a roll. A great choice. |

Ping TEC Tisi
I have the 3,5, an 7. F10 Hosel Stiff 350 snaft. Best Woods I have ever tried. Very low center of gravity. The ball is easy to get up, but it does not ballon. The flat lie with open face was necessary as these clubs have a draw bias. Very accurate with exceptional dstance. Far superior to the Callaway VFT and ERC woods that I owned previously. |
