Last year I bought a 975D and Callaway SH+ 3W. Although they were nice, I got R-flex shafts and could never hit them. Because of that, my wood game has been non-existant. I went to a demo day determined to get a good driver and 3W that fit my swing. I tried them all and ended up LOVING the Mizuno Forged driver and woods.

Like I said, my wood game is just down right bad. I demoed the Quadpros, 975F's, SH+'s, Adams, and Taylor Mades. Not bad, but nothing that really showed it would help my game. Then I hit the Mizuno woods and it was magic. I've never hit ANY club--wood or iron--as consistantly long and straight as the Mizunos. With that and the relatively low price these things are perfect.

Customer Service

I had a custom set of MP-14's built last summer. They arrived within a week. Also, I spent quite a while talking to the guys in the Mizuno van during the demo day and they were friendly and very helpful.

Picked this club up after purchasing and loving the forged driver. The club has the True Temper steel shaft which works well. At this point I do not feel the need to replace the shaft with a UST, Grafalloy etc... The ball flight is mid to low which is good for playing in the wind here in No Cal. The feel thanks to Mizuno's forging technology is great. Extremely solid feel at impact. The club is moderately forgiving. On a bad swing I tend to leave the face open through the hitting area and the club somewhat compensates for my poor swing. No high and right ballooning thanks to the low trajectory. Highly recommended especially considering the low price.

I saw this club in the proshop and thought hell for 130 bucks its worth a shot. I never carried another wood besides by driver, I can hit my two iron long and consistent. This club works very well as long as your remember to hit down on the ball, all my clubs are two inches over but even this three wood feels a little long to me. It takes some getting used to, I can stroke it pretty well on the driving range but Im not that apt to taking a shot out of the rough with it, its is extrememly low profile and I could just imagine that shiney blue head shooting right underneath that ball and leaving a nice tattoo on the head. I havent had this club for more than a few weeks so Im still somewhat hesitant to taking it out of the bag. I bought the three wood for consistency and Im not totally sold on it yet. Time will tell.

I like this club alot. It has a mid trajectory and is quite long. It seems to be pretty easy to hit off the turf as well as the tee. All in all a very good club to have in the bag.

WOW – I bought the 3wood with steel/stiff shaft and couldn´t be happier– this club is long and straight. Very easy to hit from the deck. 240 – 260 on good hits. Great sound at impact too. I think it will stay in my bag for a long time. it´s a true sleeper.

I have finaly found a 3W that I can hit as well off the ground as off the tee.I put a UST Gold 75 in it and I'm pumping this 15°wood about 240-260 all the time. Also I can work the ball and control the height.I have huge confidence in this club.

i am not a great golfer but i do hit a very solid wood of the fairway and out of all the ones i have tried or owned these are just awsome.the first one i got had a steele shaft and me and my roommate were astonished by the distance that we were producing with the 3 wood,i gave him that one for his b-day and received another one with a proforce shaft.even better.i can fade the ball low around trees or crank it on par 5''s.i have so muck confidence with these clubs i use them to approach greens and par 3''s nowing tha ball will stick, adjusting distance with these is amazing so well that i have dropped my matching driver and have been using the 3 wood off the tee.you can find these for a fair price and i would say try one you''ll love em.
