Model Reviewed: Strong 3 wood

I have tried various 3 woods and this is by far the most consistant fairway driver I tried. I recommend going with the steel shaft instead of the Accel Arc graphite though. For a strong 3 wood (13 degree) this is the easiest to get the ball up and gives a low ball tracjectory. This wood has temporarily replaced my driver off the tee. I am getting 240 off the deck and around 270 off the tee and is very straight. This one is definately worth your while to try out. If your having trouble with consistancy, give a steel shaft a shot again, you'll be surprised.

Took it to the range night I bought it. Looks good, feels good. Hit it off the mat - good results. Flight was good even on off-center hits. Less fade then usual on toe's. Distance was accurate - less than my driver (230), more than 5-wood (210). The 15 degree 3-wood is shorter than the 13 degree 3-wood for steel shaft w/Sensicore. Give it a try, you won't regret it. Older steel models did not have Sensicore.

Very solid. 5-wood has better control and higher ball flight than my mp29 2-iron. 3-wood has a little lower ball flight than the 975F. Both have steel sensicore shafts which I like better than the stock graphite shaft.

I don't actually own this wood yet, but I have tried it out and I was VERY impressed. On a 500 yard par 5, I hit a good driver shot and the Mizuno 3 wood and got to the green in TWO. Being in 7th grade, that is something else for me.

An awesome 3 wood..this thing sets up awesome. The feel is so solid and the ball shoots off the face. Forget Adams, Callaway, or Titleist. I've used them all and they don't compare. Give this club a try..and start attacking the par 5's.

The way this club sits behind the ball on the fairway feels you confidence. It's certainly helped me reach long PAR 4's with my second shot a lot more frequently. Works great from the tee on long PAR 3's - just don't tee it up more than 1/4 of an inch!

Purchased the 7 wood about 5 months ago and was very pleased with the performance. Club is good from fairway and light rough. I don't know how this club compares to other fairway woods for distance / consistency, but the extra confidence it has given me is worth every penny.

Bought the 3 wood last week and I'm equally pleased with this club. Easy to hit off the tee, fairway and light rough.

Liked the deep, blue colour and the Dynamic Gold Sensicore shafts.

I am very happy with my purchase. At £150 this is the most competitively priced 3 wood on the market for its quality. However, I am not going to start the stupid claims that I suddenly hit the ball 280 yards as some people on the site decide to do( even people who are shooting in the hundreds ). I have got maybe 5 - 10 extra yards but the real bonus is the extra confidence that you get from knowing that you have a quality club.

Model Reviewed: Ti-Zoid Forged 3 & 5 woods

First, let me say that I wasn't really looking to get these, but I really wanted one of the drivers, and I found a good ebay deal on the 3 & 5, so I thought for the first time in my life I would try matching woods.

That being said, the 3 & 5 woods are a pleasant surprise. I had tried the Adams and Concorde low profile woods, and found them hard to control.

The Mizunos are suprisingly easy to control. The 3 wood hits a lower trajectory than I expected, and gets about 10 yards further. The 5 wood gets quite high though.

The rails on the bottom to not seem to provide enough control through heavy rough though. The low profile makes shots from the rough harder to control.

But, overall, I like them.

Just an awesome club with the stiff graphite shaft! Great trajectory & distance for a 3-wood. I'm averaging about 280 yds. off the tee. Fabulous for target golf!
