The hotter face gives you greater trampoline effect and propels the ball into the air, giving you maximum distance and carry from the tee or fairway. A larger face increases the sweetspot to offer greater forgiveness from more areas of the clubface, even on miss-hits. Perfectly bevelled sole produces less friction and drag with the turf, giving you more consistent shots from virtually any lie.
