Warbird 3 and 5 wood
I switched from GBB2's to these in an effort to become more accurate. It works. I lost about 15-20 yards but that isnt a problem because distance is not a problem for me. This is great off the tee. The steel shaft is heavy and nto the most durable but it works. This would be a great club for a new golfer who is just starting because it is very cheap--under 50$ Similar Products Used: gbb2 |

warbird 5 wood
Had this 5 wood for years now and its still an ever present in my bag.I think the shaft is wrong for my swing speed but i hit it well getting 280+ off the fairway and tee. I get a pretty consistent draw with it and its playable from most lies. Its a consistent performer.whenever the driver fails I know I can pull this beauty out and have a real good thrash with it. I can comfortably hit it as far as most of my playing partners drivers and 8 of 10 times it will hit the short stuff.

Big Bertha War Bird 4 wood
The absolute worst part of my game is from 200+ in on par 5's. I tend to double bogey most par 5's I'm so bad. Several weeks ago I went to a tag sale and bought this club with head cover for 20 bucks, very good condition. Went to the driving range and was pleasantly surprised. After playing with it for about 4 rounds the 3 and 5 woods are out of the bag!! My distance was poor with the 3 because I had such a hard time hitting it off the turf. The 4 gets loft and decent distance. I can even hit it straight, on many occassions anyway. If you are having a problem with the 3 wood, search for a 4 on ebay. I now have a 4 and 7 wood and have improved my fairway play. Also a hybrid has taken over for the 3 and 4 irons. Similar Products Used: 3 woods by Walter Hagan, Taylor Made R580, Cleveland Launcher. I'm sure these are great clubs for those who can hit a 3 from the fairway. |

Great Big Bertha War Bird 4 wood
I love this GBB 4 wood. It has a Grafalloy Prolite stiff shaft with the length of a 3 wood. I can hit this 4 wood as far as my previous GBB 3 wood and the 1 degree extra loft helps on tighter lies in the fairway. I would recommend for golfers to consider carrying a four wood with 3 wood length as opposed to a 3 wood because it hits the same distance with higher trajectory and it is a little easier to get it up on a tight lie. Customer Service GolfShop in Knoxville has an excellent assortment of used and new clubs along with bags, balls, headcovers, etc. Similar Products Used: GBB 3 wood |

deuce
i used to play warbirds back when they 1st came out and had such a bad slice that i couldnt hit them (or anything else) so i sold them off. now years later and my game has vsatly improved i began looking for a good square faced driver with alot of loft but the vast majority of them have a slightly closed face. after digging through specs on clubs, i found that the old warbirds were what i was looking for. i got the deuce (13* loft) and now its my driver. im finding the faiways and hitting really long. itll stay in the bag for a long time, in fact i bought another one just in case. 5 stars for the price these are going for. 4 stars overall Customer Service never dealt with callaway but the guys at "pre-owned" are fantastic. Similar Products Used: ping zing 2 ladies driver (no kidding, fantastic as well) |

Big Bertha Warbird 3 wood
I am an 18 hdcp who has tried many fairway woods without success. I recently bought this club "used" with a Fujikura Pro 095 shaft, a heavy, stiff top-of-the-line shaft. I'll tell you right now, if you can't hit this club, you can't hit anything. Off the tee or grass, this club delivers 220 yards for me like clockwork, with a sweet draw. It does play fairly low for a 3-wood, so if you need something to hit high, look elsewhere. I can completely see how Callaway re-wrote the book on fairway woods with the Warbird. I'd put this club up against any of the bigger, hotter titanium woods of today. Since I got this club my driver only sees the light of day on par 5's. Customer Service Don't know. |

Callaway Big bertha warbird 3 wood
Quite a heavy wood, heavier than the taylormade 200series fairway woods. Not that good teed up, hardly a good alternate driver. of the fairway, performs better, i hit 200 yds straight out with an occasional hook. Bought it used, though i could say its a good bargain. Not for the golfer who had titanium experience. Customer Service dunno Similar Products Used: Taylormade 200series woods, Taylormade rescue, Mizuno Astron. |

Callaway Warbird 4 wood - uniflex steel shaft
My first fairway wood from Callaway. I can hit the 4 wood about 205 yards. The feel is not as good as a original Steelhead or a VFT. The clubhead does not seem to have the "feel" of the ball. A decent fairway wood however and much better than the Steelhead Plus. Customer Service Have not used yet. Similar Products Used: Steelhead, Steelhead Plus, Hawkeye VFT. |
