FT3 - 4Wood
I have enjoyed the FT# Driver, and needed a fairway wood. I have had it for about 2 months and raely hit it straignt off the fairway. I have started using the FTE Hybred (WOW) with much more success.
Customer Service Always right there when needed (rarely) Similar Products Used: Hawkeye VFTs (good ones - looking for them again) |

Callaway Fusion 15degree 3wood
Great stick for any skill level. Great distance and enough forgivness that it doesn't act like a "tour only" type club. Stock NVS 55 gram shaft in stiff is enough even for a 115-120mph swing speed with good tempo. Just like my FT3 Tour with a Fuji TourPlatform 26.3, it goes where it's pointed and with considerable distance. Customer Service Never had to use, but have bought from Callaway Used Golf.com and service was great. Similar Products Used: All the oem's. TourEdge Exotic is very long. Most of the stuff out there is outstanding IF you can hit it. If you're not a single digit, then go for the bigger heads. |

Callaway Fusion 3+ Wood
I have not rereveiwed any club....until now. This stick is worth it though. I have been playing it for nearly a year now and I STILL can't believe how far this thing goes off the tee. Two of my playing partners have bought them now and seem to really like theirs as well. The stock NVS 55 gram shaft works well with this clubhead. I wish the driver was proportionate but I get too much loft with 9* FT-3 driver in this shaft configuration. It's a little frustrating that I am still hitting this 250+ with regularity but only getting 270 or so from my driver. Seems like I should be getting more from the big stick but I can't find one that I flush like I do this 3 wood. Consequently i hit more 3 woods than driver off the tees, keep the ball in play more and my handicap has dropped 4 strokes since last summer.
Customer Service Very helpful over the phone. Still haven't needed any repair work. Similar Products Used: Black Cat Ti, Hawkeye, ERC, R7 TP, V-steel, G2 |

Callaway Big Bertha Fusion 3 wood
The Fusion 3 wood is not a forgiving club. Slight mis-hits go badly astray compared to the Taylor Made R5. Length is only decent even with a clean hit. I got a great deal on this club on ebay. I wanted to see what all the Callaway buzz was about. The Taylor Made R5 is longer and straighter. The Fusion does have a nice boring ball flight. It's just not long or straight enough for a top dollar club. You have to hit it perfect to get decent results. If you regularly shoot in the 70's or hit like Phil Mickelson you might like this club IF you get the right shaft. A stiff shaft is needed with this club for sure. Compare this to the R5 and you'll buy the R5. The r5 is amazingly straight and long! It's hard to mis-hit the r5. Customer Service Haven't used Similar Products Used: Taylor Made R5 Dual |

Big Bertha Fusion 3+ Wood
I picked up the 3+ after using the FT-3 for about a month. This is the first 3+ wood that truly acts like a strong 3. I was still getting too much height with other 3+ but this one is just right. Nice boring trajectory and wicked long. I'm longer off the deck with this 3+ than my playing partners are off the tee with their new drivers. I GPS'd a couple of recent strikes at 258 and 271...off the fairway! Par 5's are really fun now. The Fusion line of clubs are also the best looking clubs I've ever played which perfectly matches their performance becuase the ball flight is also a thing of beauty. Callaway got these right! Customer Service Never needed them. Similar Products Used: Lynx Black Cat Ti, Hawkeye 3+, ERC 3+, R7 TS, V-Steel, G2 12 degree |

Fusion 3 wood
I played in the local county amateur tournament recently. The course that the tournament was played on is not particularly long, but does require accuracy. I decided to purchase a 3 wood to use in the tournament, and decided on the Callaway Fusion. The club delivered exactly as I had hoped it would. I continually hit fairway after fairway. I felt very confident with the club and opted to use it rather than my driver. I am not one to boast about 300 yard drives as I don't believe I have ever hit one. My strenghts areaccuracy and short game. This 3 wood helped my accuracy greatly. Customer Service Have not used it,but I wish they would make the new Fusion driver more available. Fusion 3 & 5 Woods
I have the FT-3 Driver and the Fusion irons. They are here to stay. I purchased the 3 & 5 woods. What can I say. Take them back slow and low to the ground, and put a nice easy swing on them and watch them go. I hit a Par 5 today with the 3 wood from 220. I was the only one to hit a 215 Par 3 today, putting uphill. These are amasing, but it took me awhile to get use to them, but now WOW!
