Model Reviewed: Tommy Armous 845 Sickle Hybrid

This unique 24 degree club is a hybrid that looks like a cross between a fairway wood and the La Jolla Knife hybrids that have little fins on the bottom. It has a raised wedge on the bottom that helps the club glide through turf and other difficult lies. It makes a great goto trouble club for almost any situation, probably good for 170-190 yards depending on swing speed ... I found it almost impossible to mis-hit, and it also hits the ball VERY straight--forgiving. Look on eBay to find them. One of many clubs that never caught on that should have, because it could be magic for many high handicappers. Snap one up if you find it!
