I brought these clubs hoping too improve my overall game. I was an still have trouble off the tee and reaching the short par 5's in two. I had too get something that could help for the moment until I find a better driver. I haven't played with on the course yet but I ran too the driving range with these clubs. I wasn't used too hitting steel shafts fairway woods period. I had too get use too the weight difference and it took me a few balls too get my timing but I love the feel and accuracy with these steel shafts. I was nailing 220-225 constantly with the 3wd and 210-215 with the 3wd.

Customer Service

Customer Service was not that good regarding my order. I mean the order was okay but they messed my address up so it took and extra day for UPS to deliver my clubs. But other than that they was very helpful.

Great clubs at a great price! I have the steel shafts in regular flex and the weight and feel are great. Nevermind the idiot that wrote a review about using these clubs on the tees (They are FAIRWAY woods!)

Customer Service

Van's/Roger Dunn have a great trial/exchange policy....try these clubs out for 90 days and see if you like them.

I have the steel, stiff shaft model and it has quickly become my favorite club. I've played about five rounds with it so far and had only one bad shot. Of course, it was my fault. I hit it OB left trying to avoid water on the right. I hit it about 245 off the tee and about 220-225 off the deck. It's always straight and solid. What a great buy!

I always like Adams Tight Lies. Used TL2's and upgraded to the GT's. Best woods I ever hit. Long, straight and land very soft on greens. Replaced 5 iron with 9-wood. Easiest clubs to hit out of a tight fairway or rough. Everyone I play with asks to try them and says they are great clubs. Available on eBay at very reasonable $.

Model Reviewed: Adams GT 4 Wood Stiff

Great club that is extremely easy to hit. Good solid feel using the steel stiff shaft model. Looks great at address and is very difficult to hit a bad shot with. I might hit every 10th shot bad and it is my fault every time. Amazing distance for a steel wood and hits as long off the turf as from the tee. I haven't hit fairway woods for a while so I decided to purchase a "game improvement" type club. The Adams was a great pick to give me confidence again and I will be looking to pick up the 7 wood soon before they are completely off the market. This club will help get me into the 80s. Great job Adams!

these are dead straight, accurate and long off the tee and deck. they are somewhat workable, but thats not really a need of mine yet. they have an awesome sound and feel compared to supposedly the best steel fairway wooods, the tm 200 series. they are inexpensive, beautiful, functional, and a great club!

Traded in my ping I3 fairway wood. A great club for many, but nothing but hooks for me. Picked up the Adams gt three wood with steel shaft. Had it out for two rounds and never mis hit a shot with it. Straight, long, and lots of forgiveness. Adams has already updated this model I believe, but if you are looking for a dependable fairway wood on or off the tee, check this one out. The finest fairway metal I've ever hit.

Model Reviewed: Adams GT Fairway Woods Strong 3, 4 & 5 with Grafalloy shafts

I purchased the 3 & 4 woods last year and immediatedly benefitted from the clubs as I was using some no name brand. These clubs have a thin face technology which I came to know and love after may purchase of a Mizuno Pro 300S driver. The club head is blue which kind of matched the driver. Very pleasing to the eye, the clubs bolster confidence at address. They are much longer than the clubs I was playing, but that may not be saying much. However, what does speak volumns is that these reacted so well to my swing, I purchaes the matching strong 4 wood, earlier this spring. Somewhat influenced by the choice of my new irons(stronger lofts of the Macgregor 1025C's)and by the fact that these babies are being discontinued, I decided to complete the set. These can now be had on Ebay for $89 each(A real bargain, I didn't mind paying $179 for the 3 & 5 woods at first, was able to get the strong 4 for $119 and I thought that was great!!). I think you can't go wrong. I'm disappointed in Adams having decided to discontinue them but there always has to be something new, whether it's better or not! Until they come up with something better, these babies occupy a very welcomed position in my bag.

Customer Service

Not needed so far. But I did email Adams with regard to their graphite shafts as I wanted to find out about the torque/weight characteristics and recievied a speedy and responsive reply.

Very easy to hit, and long for a 5 wood. Blows away Callaway fairway woods - why pay $165 for a Steelhead when you can get a brand new one of these for half - or 2 for the same price? Perfect head size, great design. Only complaint is that when you set the head down, the topline looks like the face is open, but the face is actually straight or even a bit closed - have to curb the tendency at the tee to align the topline to the target line - have to focus on the face or the leading edge; a little confusing but so forgiving that it might not really matter. GREAT sound - deep & solid, not hollow or "plink"-y.

Model Reviewed: 363 GT driver (stiff shaft)

It took me awhile to get used to this driver, due to my old sloppy swing, but I absolutely love this club. It frames the ball very nicely and the head isn't something I expect toast to pop out of. I think it's just the right size. That, coupled with the graphaloy shaft, make this club feel very evenly weighted throught the swing with just a little bias towards the head. I tried a Taylor Made 510 and it felt like the club was nothing but head and made it feel floaty. I'm averaging about 230-240 in the air. The sweet spot is pretty big, so even toe or heel hits still fly at least 190 and makes for a forgiving club. The sound when you hit the sweet spot is addictive. Very loud. Very distinct. Almost as distinct as my GB Bertha. You can get these for $150 now at most stores. It's the best value in golf in my opinion. Play this driver with the new Titleist DT SoLo balls and you'll be in love.
