GT 15 degree smart 3 wood & 19 degree strong 5 wood
I have played these fairway woods for about 3 years now. I didn't like them at first, because my game wasn't as strong as it is now. The club heads are smaller than most fairway woods, which might not be the best choice for high handicapped golfers, since they are not as forgiving as other fairway woods. However, I have grown to appreciate these woods. They have a weight insert near the heel of the club that provides a lower center of gravity to help launch the ball to a high trajectory, and the deep face provides for extra distance when struck. I am confident with these woods off the fairway on par 5s and long par 4s. I can regularly hit the 3 wood 240 yards off the fairway, and the 5 wood 215-220 yards. I can get an extra 5 to 10 yards off the tee. They are very workable once you fine tune your swing, and you can hit a controlled fade or draw off a tee with them. I recommend teeing the ball up lower than a large headed fairway wood (almost as low as a long iron). I prefer the smaller club head now, and I have a hard time hitting woods, particularly drivers, that are over 360 cc. The price is very reasonable since this is an older model. The only major drawback is reduced forgiveness, and I would recommend going with the tight lies or tight lies 2 if you are looking for an easier to hit Adams. Customer Service Adams was relatively quick in answering emails. Similar Products Used: Adams Tight lies, Olimar tri medals, Cobra Hypersteel |

Recieved as a gift after really liking the Tight Lies Air Assult Strong 7 Wood 24*. I can't seem to hit this off the deck. I never try off the tee because ironically the most sound part of my game is driver. I really think it is just me. The head looks small at address. Some would like that. It steals my confidence. I'm looking for something bigger (that's what she said) right now. Customer Service None needed Similar Products Used: old... ancient Dunlop... couldn't hit it either... I'm pathetic. |

I purchased this club about a year ago on E-Bay after trying it out at my local golf store. First off what a deal I got on E-Bay $20.99. I have used this club all summer and I love it I usualy can't his a fairway wood but this club has changed that I now hit the ball long and straight. My playing partners can't believe the change in my fairway play. If only my short game improved as much as my fairway play has improved I'd easly shoot in the 80's Customer Service Non needed. This club is immense! The best club I have ever bought. I played with it without even going to the range and could hit it like it had been in my bag for years. It is the reason I now score in the 80s. I paid £25 for it and it was well worth it! |

This Club rocks. I picked it up for $19.99 on ebay and it is worth every cent I used. It goes straight and long. I consistently hit it around 200 to 210.

I read the reviews for this club on this site and decided to buy an adams gt fairway wood as they were going very cheap now. there is a reason they are cheap. they stink. this club is not forgiving at all. supposedly there is a sweet spot on it, but i couldn't seem to find it. generally speaking, fairway woods are the best part of my game. maybe I have not given this club enough of a chance yet, but I was not impressed at all. it is a very difficult club to hit. This club is money! You that sound that your club makes on Golden Tee when you swing....this club is exactly that. Can't wait to pick up a 5W as well. Took it to the range and hit about 20 balls and none of my shots were no more than 15 yards from my target. I shoot consistently in the low 90's and that says a lot. I would encourage any player of any level to try this club, or get lucky on Ebay and just pick it up for $20 (I was pretty lucky). Fairway woods were Adams' beginning, and I believe that this where they remain the strongest. Customer Service NA Similar Products Used: Taylor Made Firesole |

Nice little club. Good distance, nice mid trajectory flight, VERY forgiving club. Toe shots still go straight with little distance loss. Got from rockbottomgolf.com for $50 bucks, what a steal. Customer Service not used Similar Products Used: none |
