adams redline 4 wood
I have never written a review here on a club, although I read the reviews here often. However, I was in the market for fairway wood, so I went to rankmark.com where they have results of equipment tests and post winners for handicap averages. They recommended the redline for 5-10 handicappers like me so I bought one. I realize the swing is 98 percent of good golf, and comparable equipment all can serve well. But this club is astounding. Extremely long, extremely easy to hit, gives great feedback, and responds to efforts to draw or fad shots. I look forward to every chanceI get to pull this club out of the bag. I have the stiff steel shaft with graphite tip. Beautiful club, confidence inspiring appearance, sweet sound, swings smooth. I love it. Adams Redline 4 Wood
I have a relatively low ball flight. I've always had trouble hitting fairway woods off the deck, especially the longer ones, because they don't get off the ground well enough to get over trees in the distance, etc. Well, this 4 wood is high and long. With my ball flight, this is actually more like a 3 wood for me (just two degrees more loft). Adams woods are the best I've ever played off the deck. Very solid driver matched with a premium shaft right off the shelf. Easily one of the longest woods on the market. Very forging, looks good at address and has good feel. Best value out there IMO. Customer Service Very helpful over the phone answering questions. Similar Products Used: Ping I3, Cleveland Launcher, Nicklaus fw, Nike T40, Macgregor V foil |

Adams Redline Smart 3 Wood
This club is something. I have never been able to gain control of a new wood as easily as this one. It is extremely forgiving (or a miracle occurs when I hit this club). After hitting 4 or 5 balls at the range, I was amazed. Then I decided to tee one up. I was amazed at the distance of this club. I wonder what the Strong 3 Wood would be like. I have little or no problem hitting this club around 250 and straight. The only other thing I would like to say is that it doesn't sound like the Redline Driver. I have one and almost returned it due to the aggrevating sound it makes at impact, but the 3 wood sounds normal. |

Adams Redline 3 and 5 Woods
It was time to get new fairway woods to complete the rebuilding of my set of clubs to entirely pro line stuff. I couldn't justify spending $1400 to get 2 Callaway GBB II fairway. Their driver rocks but my fairway woods are not used as often. I decided to try the Adams Redline fairway woods and am quite pleased with them. They were accurate and filled the gap between my driver and 3 Iron nicely. The thing I did notice was they were easy to hit off the deck. In fact you get better hits if you tee it up really low or off the deck rather than teeing it up higher. It's the first 3 wood that I have been able to hit off the deck easily. For a Fairway wood which is normally used for hitting off the deck you would be hard pressed to do better than the Redline. Customer Service N/A Similar Products Used: Various no name brands |

Redline 15 degree 3-wood
I had a chance to try out a variety of fairway woods at my local golf shop – Cleveland Launcher, Callaway Big Bertha II Fairway, Cobra SS woods, Orlimar HipSteel and Trimetal, Taylor Made 200 and the new Taylor Made V Steel (tried out at a Demo Day at my local golf shop). I’m always looking for “the” fairway wood for my game and for some reason, I keep coming back to Adams fairway woods. I really have not found a bad fairway wood, but Adams seems to always rise to the top. Most recently I was hitting the Adams GT woods, but I feel the Redline woods simply improved on them. If you have not experienced titanium fairway woods, you are in for a real treat. Also, the Fujikura shaft that comes stock with this club is perfect. Actually, the choice between fairway woods was a tie between the new Callaway BB II fairway and the Adams Redline fairway. They both had the same great distance and feel, but the Adams retailed for $100 less. Do yourself a favor and get this fairway wood. It just takes a smooth swing and the ball will soar. I plan on buying the Redline 5-wood as well. Similar Products Used: Callaway, Orlimar, Taylor Made, Cobra, and Cleveland |
