949G/Ti 10.5*, Apache MFS 50 shaft
This is a good looking, high-quality club and works as advertised. I got this for my wife (who is a good player) and she hit this (with a 43" shaft) just as far as the new Ping G5 with a 46" shaft. I'd say the tungsten weight makes it play like a 12* driver. Wishon Golf makes good quality stuff. Customer Service Great, they will hand pick stuff for you to get the right weight. I spoke directly to Tom Wishon on one occasion Similar Products Used: SMT455, Ping, Cleveland, etc. |

Wishon 949 GT
The 949 GT head is extraordinary. I have always had problems with too low a trajectory(ave 95 mph). This driver with a Harmon TD shaft has given me great trajectory, extra distance(5 yards), and most importantly, lots of ability to shape and control shots. The real hidden asset here is the heighth of balls hit low on the clubface. Exceptional club. Great looking as well. Customer Service There is none better. The Wishon folks clearly demonstrate they want your business. They will attend to your individual circumstance better than any component house or OEM out there.
