I won this driver at a local Titleist sponsored tournament and tried to sell it for $150 for 2 months with no takers. I finally tore open the plastic it was in and took it to the course with me. The first time it hit it, I knew it was the driver for me and have since sold my Callaway x460, Nike Sasquach, and Cobra driver. I have been playing with it for 6 months and consistently hit it 300+ and in the fairway. My only gripe is I have to work on my half shots (50-90 yds.) now that I am driving it so far. Thank you Titleist!

I bought this driver about three weeks ago to replace my weary Taylor Made R540, and must say this club is unbelievable. I got it on sale in Aus. when the new D1 and D2's came out, so it was about $300 Australian brand new off the shelf. It has an NV2 Stiff 75gram shaft in it, which suited my swing speed. I find it goes on average about 25 metres longer than the Taylor made did, and is easy to work both ways. The stiffer shaft in this club took some getting used to, but is excellent into the wind, teed down. The ball flight is very controllable, and I find I can hit the high draw or low cut depending on the conditions. Excellent driver!

I had been looking for a new driver and tested several clubs today with the pro watching. We both agreed the 905T was the club but i was supprised when i settled with 8.5 loft. The shaft is an NV 85 Stiff this was the best as my swing speed as its 118+ this is not a standard shaft option for this model. The club feels solid at impact and you can work the ball.It also sounds nice some of the other clubs i tried sounded awful and looked horrible at address. The 905 has a really nice shape to it and is not to large.I hit 50 balls and on checking the strike pattern all the balls came out of the middle. The flight is a boring trajectory with plenty of run and a slight draw. The odd poor shot was the guy on the end of the club. All in all this is a fantastic club and it conforms for 2008.I have read many owners of the 905R prefere the 905T.You do need a consistent swing so it is not the best choice if you are a high handicaper.

This is a great club. I got a 10.5 degree with an Aldila NV stiff shaft. It is a very nice club and a got it for a gret price, $72. I recommend this to anyone that wants a new driver for a good value.

I bought this driver with the stock shaft and had it replaced with a Proforce V2 for consistancy. It was the right move for me. This club is solid and very long. I'd highly recommend this club if you like a driver with a traditional look and solid feel. Before reshafting, I talked with a club fitter who has a working knowledge of shafts as they relate to a player's swing. He also watched me hit shots with the original shaft before recommending a couple of choices to me; based on what I was looking for in ball flight.
