Model Reviewed: Ti 2 bubble 7.5 forged s90 shaft

I have no idea why this club been rated pretty low. I bought this club second hand with a lot of scrub marks at bottom of the head. Looks like a duffer been using this as the grip was still pretty good and luckily shaft is still stiff. I needed a new driver as I notice my club speed was faster since I started and my old club Dunlop DDH driver shaft was flexing so much and fading right all the time. So I was afraid to use the driver and kept using the 3 wood with steel shaft. After a couple of hit with this second hand driver and at bargain price I knew straight away it was a perfect match. I gained distance about 25 yards and overall I was consistent and confident using it. Allowing me to the hit the zone most of the time. Love the medium size head which is slightly larger than the DDH. There maybe other better drivers out there but this is only my second driver and looks like might be my last.

Customer Service

none. Other than a great price of $90.

With a definite sweet spot unlike any other club, I choose the Burner over the Callaway Steelhead, and the Titleist 975J. I reshafted to the original graphite shaft and found myself hitting the ball between 20-30 yards longer than with a steel shaft. There is not many clubs I would choose over this one.

I just bought this driver on eBay. I was kind of leary because there several available very cheap. The first trip to the driving range was disappointing. I wasn't able to hit straight drives more than 240. I hit 280 with my home built steel shafted driver. (total cost $43). I used it 4 times during my first round of golf. One was way ob, but the other 3 were straight, and each was longer than the previous, ultimately reaching 270 yards. I'll give it a little more time, and practice, to see if I can get used to it.

I just purchased the VFT, and did so because I couldn't hit this club very well. I swear it was mental. Anyone want it? Email me.

I bought this and a Firesole 9.5 with the S-90 Bubble shaft at the same time. Sold the Firesole after 2 trips to the driving range. I usually struggle with my driver, but this club is LONG and usually right down the middle. Awesome sound at impact. I highly recomend the Tour Forged Ti2.
