I just played a round with my mates R11 and i can say the Superfast goes much further. I think it goes at least 20m further. But saying that with the R11 i missed 2 fairways in the round while with the Burner i miss much more. So what i have to say is if distance isn't a problem e.g. long hitter i would say go for the R11 while if your a accurate hitter and need distance go the burner. I'm no pro just my opinion.

Best driver I have ever had. Changed grip before I got it and hit it straighter than any driver I have had. Have had slice since I started playing.

Taylor Superfast driver is amazing. I hit the ball longer and straighter then any driver I have ever owned. I wish the rest of my clubs performed like this. I would be a single digit handicapp golfer.

Just bought the 2010 Taylormade Burner Superfast, on sale for $149. I don't have a lot of club head speed(low 90's), so I stayed with the 10.5 regular fex (92) club.
What a club! Feels great throughout the swing, sets-up great and hits the ball far and straight. I've been playing for just over three years, and I've always told myself its not the club, its the player... 25 hits at the range and all of them down the middle. Pulled out my old driver to see if it was me, and it wasn't, my slice was still there with the old beast.
This club will help bring confidence to my game, there is nothing like hitting a clean drive down the fairway to keep your spirits up!

Bought yesterday; went to the range, and played with it today. Very poor ball contact; very poor distance. My old Mizuno from 15 years ago easily outdistances this club, and consistently. Would NOT buy the Taylor Made if i could do it over.

Model Reviewed: TM Superfast HT

I am a low ball hitter and decided to try a High Trajectory model. This club hit really good and for me about the right height on most drives. Hitting my Nike 10 and the TM HT both good I hit the 10 degree about 15 yds further but it was very easy to hit the ball in the fairway. Regular flex factory shaft could probably be hit by seniors as it seem to have plenty of flex but the longer shaft did not bother my swing at all. Good sound on impact much quieter than the Nike machspeed. Ebay 55.00 great buy!

Model Reviewed: Taylormade 2010 Superfast Driver

I just bought the Taylormade 2010 Superfast Driver 9.5 loft with a stiff flex today at Sports Authority for 149 bucks, what a deal. I headed straight to my home course from the store to play 18. I go straight to the first tee, no bucket of balls or a bunch of practice swings, I figured that I just bought it, let's play it and see what it does. First hole is 490 yard par 5, I hit a beautiful looking little draw straight down the middle, that leaves me right at the 200 yard maker. Wow!!! 290 yards right down the middle on my very first swing. I knock a 4 iron to about 14 feet from the hole and just barely missed my eagle putt, tap in birdie still OK with me though. This Driver is long and straight, I hit 13 out 14 fairway today with an average distance of 285 yards, the one that didn't make the fairway was only off of it about 10 feet and I still par the hole anyways. My old Driver a Taylormade 580 that I hit pretty straight, but was only avg about 270 yards off the tee, I picked up 15 yards off the tee with the Superfast Driver and it is still accurate. I hit a couple balls over 300 yards that was awesome. Being the first time out with this Driver, I would say this is the best 150 bucks I ever spent on golf, the club is long, straight and even mis-hits go far. Always been a fan of Taylomade golf clubs, my whole bag is all Taylormade except for my Titleist Vokey wedges and my old Never Compromise Sub D3 putter, I still hit the Taylormade 200 irons cause I still hit them so sweet and there is hardly any offset, my natural shot is a draw so too much offset don't work for me, but I do like the looks of the new Taylormade irons, but after one round with this Superfast Driver, I think I might up grade my Taylormade V steel fairway woods to the new Superfast fairway woods. Very happy with my new Superfast Driver and most sports stores are selling them for around 150 bucks now, can't go wrong for a very good quality golf club at that price.

Model Reviewed: TaylorMade Superfast Driver

So here we go again with another review from the gifted one. Was in Florida on business this weekend and met up with an old friend of mine. He has been ranting and raving about this new Superfast driver. I recently bought the R-11 and have played TaylorMade drivers my entire 30 years and couldn’t be more pleased with their products. He told me as well as commercials, that this club increases your swing speed by a couple of MPH’s. I don’t usually get caught up in all the hoopla about new products, but I figured I’d entertain him. He is fairly well off financially, compared to most people excluding me, and has a machine that gives you swing speed, spin, launch angle, etc. I took out my R-11 and had my normal swing speed of anywhere from 120-122 and the machine was predicting my drives to travel about 305-310. That is a pretty standard drive for me. My friend was video recording me and was jotting down notes about my swing speed, spine angle, other recommendations, etc. When I picked up this driver and swung….I thought oh my gosh. Three things happened after that swing. The vortex that was created by my club head and swing arc pulled the paper right out of my buddies hand, his geled hair was all pushed forward towards me, and the machine made a weird sound like something had gone haywire. After he got the astonished look off his face he says, “you gotta see this.” My swing speed increased to 128 MPH and the ball came off the club head at 195 MPH. I thought it may have been a fluke so I took another swing and another piece of paper flew towards me. I really thought it disappeared like something going into a black hole, but my friend said it got stuck under his fridge. I still have my doubts. After tornado proofing the downstairs, I took another couple swings with the same result. I launched this bad boy up to 333 yards. Wow what a club. Take it from the best…grab one today

They guy I met with had cheap suit on. Don't think it was tailor made.
