SMT Golf Nemesis Drivers

SMT Golf Nemesis Drivers

DESCRIPTION

Head only. We have combined 3 different strains of Titanium in one head to produce the highest quality head ever produced that is available to the consumer in component form. We had a unique opportunity to jump into the vaccum forging field with this head, and based on our testing, will most likely re-tool our existing heads to follow suit. "Vacuum Forged", is basically a method that uses warm materials ( titanium ), and actually "sucks" them to shape while at the same time, removing any and all air that is trapped inside the titanium. The result is a product that has an orange peel look, that has to be hand filled with more titanium, to bring the club to it''''''''s final finished luster. The process takes 3 times longer than traditional forging, but the solid feel it produces is umatched through traditional methods of manufacture.

I ordered this driver late last year and have loved the results. It produces fast, high-launching, low-spinning,drives. The shaft is great, I have never felt a better kick through the ball. The club is amply forgiving, though probably not the best at its size. I find myself to be straighter with this driver than with others I have tried, though it is still possible to hit big slices and hooks. I have never hit the ball so far so consistently in my life. The sound and feel is very pleasing and is more remeniscent to persimmon than any other oversized driver I have ever tried. I love it. I will keep it as long as it lasts. It is a real winner.

Nemesis, purple head, 7*, Accuflex Extreme2 x-flex shaft at 45.5 inches. Magnificent club at silly price custom made. Long low hot flight that stays in the air and once landing runs further than any club I've hit. club is flat, not 1* closed like most (although the 8 to 11 Nems are 1 closed). Flat face will spin some slices. Correctable problem with range time. Sound - a thud, not a tinny "ping" Looks - super spiffy, will get attention. Value - as mentioned, terrific. Recommend it? Without a doubt. Because it's better than 95% of all OEM's and secondly it's cheaper by hundreds. Shaft? Mine was cheap, only 29 bucks, but many many options. NO groove face - not a problem, looks cool. Repeat: ball flight is VERY boring with this thing. Lofts are true. I thought about a 6 but happy with 7*

What a beautiful club! It is absolutely gorgeous. It is very playable and produces amzing long drives. The shaft is a little whippy even it is stiff flex. It is for slow tempo swing.
